"That would be good!" Mae caught the apple with a smile and picked at it. She never liked eating apples whole. She managed to break of a piece with her nail and tossed it in her mouth. It was sweet and juicy, making her dry mouth water for more.

"Kay." Mae finished her apple soon after and followed Jin out to the car.

Jin crawled under the dash bored of the car.the wires hung there without anymovement.he picked the up and started rubing them together again. a spark flew and the engin started up."okay lets roll"jin said standing up and getting in the car.

Mae watched them pass the remnants of the destroyed town and looked down. Her dress had been dirtied and one of the seams had ripped about an inch, showing her knee. She asked Jin if they could stop at that mall too. She had to get some sewing materials to fix her skirt, among other things.

"ya sure.i think it's just down this street" jin said he drove. at the end of the street the mall was there. it was the most damaged because thats were most people hangout. he pulled into the parking lot and drove up to the front of the building.it looked about ready to cave in on its self."i'll go with you"

She nodded and stepped out of the car. Mae didn't really wait for Jin as she ran inside the store and looked for her favorite shop. Her glance darted around before recognizing the dull green color of a bashed in sign that made reference to the fabrics store inside.
Entering down the aisle on the furthest side she found a sewing box that was big enough for what she need to take, and then some. Mae headed over to another aisle, picking up five rolls each of three different colors of thread: light pink, black, and white. She found some needled in a drawer below that and stole a couple different sizes in to the kit.
She was positive this was all she needed, but looked around to see if she'd forgotten anything.

Jin ran in after her and watched as she gathered up sewing supplies."Why don't you just jack some clothes from a store.I don't think that the army that attcked felt like going on a shopping spree with they'er five finger discount."Jin said well raising an eyebrow

"I like fixing things." She turned her gaze to Jin. "You can take clothes if you need to. They're not really in any better condition anyway since they've been sitting here covered in dust for the past week or so."

Niku sighed and decided to get up, as he couldn't fall back asleep. He got up and started making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for breakfast for everyone. He began eating his and leaned against a large piece of rubble, waiting for everyone to wake up.
