Im usually Germany, I make all my people unhappy and advance fast in the tech race, everyone is using muskets while I'm using tanks. It can hurt economy wise, but if you play it right no one can hurt your cities.

Well the purpose was supposed to start a new storyline with new characters or alternate versions of old ones, without completely dismantling the first.
