Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow.
Just got back from six hours of sledding. I went over the jump a few to many times it sees. Ow. My back. Ow. My butt.
And then I had the bright idea to help everyone stop after doing the jump. Well, that didn't do any damage itself, but made my back alittle worse.
The funniest thing is I'm out there with a turtle neck and jeans while everyone else had three layers on and ski pants. Wusses. I didn't get cold, but I had alittle less padding. And two girls plowed into me after wiping out. Eh, it hurt the two girls who crashed into me more then myself.
I did have the best wipe out. Since I was laying flat on my back on the tube, my head hit the ground and I did a back flip. With my head still on the ground.
I had a kick a** time though. Gotta do it again next time I have a day off.

Hey, did it ever occur to you that people's natural body temperatures can vary. Some people, like yourself obviously, are naturally warmer. And some people like me are naturally colder gonk

That and it also depends on a person's circulation and metabolism. 3nodding
I'm almost always cold, my hands especially even though I do a lot with them (computer, PS2, Piano, etc. ) which would be attributed to poor circulation. My metabolism is almost freaking non-existant. >.> *prods it* Actually drinking green tea is supposed to speed up one's metabolism . . . so that might help. ^^
I think the only reason I manage to feel warm in my house is because my parents always turn the heat up, and it becomes a sauna in my room stressed (my room is in the basement). I even have all the vents closed and it still gets insanely warm.

And some people like me are naturally colder gonk Yeah, I only really noticed recently after I got married. My husband (I sound old gonk ) has a constant heat output. He's never cold. I can tell when he's sick by when he feels cool to the touch. It's a little backwards but true. As for me, I consider myself average. Sometimes hot, sometimes cold... I do have poor circulation when I stop exercising for a while. (Ususally during the winter.) The tips of my hands and toes turn light purple on my nails. I freak people out at work sometimes. My hands look dead. xd But I feel fine. Often I'm not even cold when it happens... just my hands and feet. People are weird eh?

Yeah, I know. The "wusses" comment should be made while snickering and shaking your head. Hell, I even sleep with a window and a fan on me in deep winter up here. But there is a down side for this. I can't have a girl cuddle up for me too long before my body heat makes them too hot. This is doublely true in the summer.
My back still hurts. Ow. Where the hell are you where it's 70 degrees Bella? Florida? Texas? Jeez, I'm happy at 70 degrees if I'm naked and have a huge fan blowing on me.

I've got snow up to my ankles where I live! gonk My hands and feet are usually cold too, the rest of me is fine but it's like I don't get circulation to my hands and feet O.o At night though I'm insanely warm, I think unless my body temperatue gets to a certain degree of warmth I won't fall asleep. sweatdrop
