Well, I'm sorry, but I'm really terrible when it comes to guild help because I'm like a headless chicken with that stuff. I'll try my best though to offer some ideas? 8D
I actually own a guild too, but I never opened it because well, I got really frustrated with it. T:

Its still a normal town. Just with 3 different organizations fighting for control. You could be a store owner or a normal civilian if anything.

The Guilds Charter and Barter (I think that's what it's called.) =D I think that's the only form of advertising Rosentale has. = w=" But you could always send invites to interesting people who might be interested. =D
