oG Ace Kit Joukai Heyaza My stuff is ready for approvallllllllllllllllllll It’s lit! Hm? as in my chosen quirk and such? i just combined Gambit and quick silver's powers from the X-men. if you use super speed in conjuntion with the ability to generate, store, and release/explode kinetic energy. using the super speed you generate a whole bunch of it almost instantly. just moving his arm is enough to charge a single playing card into a hand grenade. so super speed + kinetic control = nuclear explosions.

I'm not gonna jump right into being a good guy or a bad guy.

Fickle November What does Quirk Level 4 mean? XD lol It’s a danger level ranking from 1 to 5 with five being the most dangerous. However we are talking about the rank system and will possibly be changing. The rank truly has no bearing on how it is used in combat. It’s more like a data book entry ranking.
