Yeah, its that time of year. Fluctuating weather, warm one minute, freezing the next. It lowers the immune system.

*gasp* vitamin C is the most important. Well, at least you don't have to take supplements, but then again I do want to be a veggitarian. Low protein makes you a target too! So I am bad as well.

I'm a carnivores as my mother fondly calls me and I take a multi-vitamin everyday.

My friend is a dwarf. At least in the most real sense you can be. His mother makes him take the multi-vitamin. He doesn't eat veggies at all.

I eat very little veggies. I try my best to avoid them.
But then again I like to classify my "veggies" as ketchup.
