Arthur was happy to be back on his boat again, the waves gently rocking against the side as he gripped the wooden wheel, turning it slightly from left to right every so often; he knew where he was going and was planning on stopping in almost the exact same spot as they were before. Though his ears twitched lightly at the sound of someone singing and easily noticed that it was Isle, her voice was beautiful and her words, having to be translated in his head, really got to him so he swayed with the music a little as he kept his eye focused on the horizon.
At least about twenty minutes later Arthur stopped the boat and made his way down to where Isle was, swinging gently on the hammock. "Hey." He said with a grin on his face as he stood near her. "Is there room for two?" He asked with a small chuckle.

Zahara had no idea that Zykariel had taken her gestures as a brush off because that certainly wasn't the way she'd meant them. She hadn't intended to upset the boy, merely get all the bags inside as quickly as she could. She followed Lark into the house and set the bags carefully on the counter. Sifting through them, she pulled out those things she'd bought for Piper and then leaned down next to Lark. "Go into the library and bring me the chest sitting against the wall by my desk.
Zykariel sullenly held onto his father's braid and watched as his mother went inside. Maybe she was punishing him for not choosing to go with her earlier? "Come on Daddy. We should go in too. Not safe to be out in the Underdark." Plus Mommy always let him help put groceries away.
She pushed her bag onto the counter as well and then listened to the instructions nodding. "An empty one right?" At the older drow's nod, she took off and skipped into the library humming to herself. Empty chest... Her gaze ran over the large room and then she spotted the desk in the corner and a medium sized chest beside it. Grabbing one, she headed back out and plopped it on the counter. "Here you go."
"Thank you. Now," Zahara pushed open the lid and began pulling items out of bags and setting them into the chest. "I need two vials, three jars and six labels. The labels are in the top drawer of my desk, vials and jars are on the shelf just above it. Can you do that?"
"Yes." She ran the instructions over in her mind. "Two vials, three jars and six labels. Got it." Thus off she skpped to perform her newest task.

She merely kept up her singing as he came over and scooted in a way that hammock physics would allow for him to slip in yet not dump them both to the deck, that wouldn't be fun...especially for Isle whom was all banged up.
He took the boy inside, setting him down when they got there...he would let him run off to Zahara...he wasn't inclined to cross the dinning room to the kitchen and accompany the boy...didn't want to cross paths with Silvercrest...he wasn't looking to have to watch himself all day long.

Arthur paused for a second as Isle moved so he could easily sit down on the hammock without having to worry about the whole thing messing up and they would be on the ground again. So with a small smile Arthur slipped himself inside and settled himself right next to Isle, relaxing as he listened quietly to her song. "It's a beautiful song...did your father teach you it?"

"No, no one taught me...I just started singing it." But to her that was a normal thing, being an elf and all and being in tune with her surroundings and then the musical background to her family furthering that little ability of hers to match the enviromental sway of things to create a melody and even words to go with it that sounded oh so perfect. Though she shifted some, making sure she wasn't touching Galesen too much because well she was all wrecked up and didn't want to put pressure on some places.

The younger elf smiled a little and nodded, he knew that her family had a knack for creating anything musical and he would always applaud her for that; Isle's is surely a very talented girl and he liked that a lot. Though he raised an eyebrow when he felt Isle move away and believed it had to be because of her now sore state, it sucked though he wouldn't of mind cuddling with her. "Well I find it to be hauntingly beautiful...your expertise in music never ceases to amaze me Isle."

She gave a giggle and a dimissive wave of her hand. There are others who are much better than I. The Arch elves pride themselves on thier musical prowess...at least thier vocal abilities. I'm sure once you've been to Andal you'll see. I'm just a beginner compared to most there." Woman just couldn't take a compliment could she? Then again that was just Isleandra Rainsong.

Arthur rolled his eye and shook his head a little. "You can say that if you want to, but as for me I think you are still really good; take a complement for what it is worth once in awhile." Gods the elf gave the girl enough of them, she should be happy to receive them. "Even though I may see people in Andal who are better at a lot of things I still wont forget you for showing me how good your music ability is and how good it will be once we go up there." He smiled a little and sighed a little as the hammock swayed from side to side. "So what do you plan on showing me once I go through the worse part up there?"

Malik shook his head lightly.
"Can't. Malikhai needs his lessons, and someone to back his word on his mother taking the book he was supposed to be studying. I'll be alright, don't worry. we Tier'dal are tougher than we look."
yawning a bit and stretching again.

She rolled her own eyes at his little pushy attitude on compliments. "Yeah yeah." Shaking her head lightly but other than that trying not to move too much least she want to be in pain or some such nonsense like that. But a look to him and a blink. "Didn't we already go through that once today?" Well they had, there was a map out and everything. "I thought we were going to Selkor first unless you changed your mind."
Kieran gave a nod and a slight chuckle. That was definately something that his daugher shared with her husband...simply didn't know when to call it quits. Not that that was a bad thing. "Suit yourself." Noticing some sand and dirt on his surcoat, brushing it off some.
He finished the last bit on his plate and munched down what was in his mouth and chased it with what was left of his drink. "I'm done, can we do lessons now?" Because he was eager...except that whole book fight that was going to take place.

Arthur blinked a few times and shook his head lightly. "Sorry let me rephrase that..." He paused for a moment before he continued on and looked at her then he turned his head to the side a bit. "What I meant to say was when we go to Selkor or Lucana where will you be taking me? Is there any special place I may see first or anything like that?" Well he would like to know since he would be staying there for quite a while.

Sorta sounded like the same question, but alright she'd bite. "Selkor is just a self named underwater city...not really a nation. If you want to equate them with a nation, the sea elves would prefer to be so with Torea, the biggest Island in the Tidal Pendant. Perhaps I could take you to the Sadai bazzar there...great shopping and a wonderful place to sit and watch things going on."
She clicked her tongue against her teeth in thought. "Lucana...well the only place really there it the city of Fharian. Not much more there other than moutains and the mining sites into them, a few valleys I suppose. But Lucana is also where the Requias Obsidians live, and you can see Daimos across the water from that point too, can even see the Vrist Outpost if you look hard enough."

Arthur let whatever information that Isle told him sink into his head and nodded a little bit. "Well I wouldn't mind going to the bazaar, after all I don't want to return without a few gifts for everyone and get a few things myself..." A small grin to that as he sighed a little, the hammock was making him really relaxed and the swinging back and forth was good too. "Well if we can only go to Fharian then we can always go hiking around the area." Well of course there was more than just that to do around Lucana but they would probably figure out something while they are up there. Arthur then turned his head fully to Isle and smiled lightly, he was going to have a great time up there he just knew it. "So how are you feeling? I know your bruised up and all, I'm just wondering if that stuffed you have soaked in yesterday have worked at all."

Malik got himself up.
"Speaking of lessons. it's about time that yours start. if mom took your book, go upstairs and check in the desk on the right by the bed. she probably put it there."
But poor malik, made it about three steps before his legs and his brain decided that Kieran was right and he flopped back down in his chair and into reverie again.

"I have to go to the bazaar to get Zahara some more amber. She's probably running low or used it all to make various jewelry things." Giving a light chuckle at that before a soft sigh. "No if, it's when we go to Fharian. It's where us moon elves live." Giving another light sigh. "I don't know...I may be worse off without that stuff. After what what never happened I can never know now can I? But I suppose I feel well though."
Kieran gave a chuckle to Malik as his mind more or less was going to force him into reverie. He turned his eyes to Malikhai who looked half astonished and half displeased at the sudden turn of events. Getting himself up he took Malikhai by the hand and pulled him from the chair. "Come on now, I'll watch you. Mom is downstairs too."
"He let himself be pulled down, though was a little worried, looking back to daddy for a moment who decided it was good to get more reverie. Okay then we'd rely on granddad. "You gotta make mommy tell my teacher that she took my book so I didn't finish it."
"No worries, we'll tell your teacher." And then catching Zykariel by the hand as he had toddled into the room. "Ah ah you, time for magic lessons, go get your father and we'll go down together." Thus turning the little drow about and following back after him to Sevilin, where the two exchanged looks. "Malik is catching some extra rest."
Sevilin raised an eyebrow, and uncrossed his arms, taking hold of his own son's hand as he toddles back over. "Is he now...very well." Thus downstairs to the arena which was being vacated by a rather roughed up looking Piper. That got another raised eyebrow before he let his son loose, the boy toddling off to wait for his teacher with Malikhai as Sevilin took a seat in the arena stands.
Kieran watched Malikhai go off, teachers soon ariving, and he took a seat next to Piper in the stands. "Malik is getting himself some more reverie...be it at the dinning room table, but all the same. And you need to explain something about a book and your son not knowing all the answers."
"Is he now? He's the one that chose his study. No worries, I'll make it all up to him later in some way." Thus turning her attention to the arena to watch the boys go about thier magic lessons again. It was rather cute too now wasn't it? Of course those lessons only started after a breif explaintion and verbal brawl between one surface elf and one tier'dal illusionist. Though Piper came out on top and thing proceeded as normal. Two hours later, the boys were returning to thier respective parents with the enthusiasm of thier accomplishments of the day. "And yes, I'll give you your book back, but no overstudying." Giving a pet to her boy and a kiss on the cheek as well.
