When Dani saw Kichi pass through the dark corridor, Dani knew it was time for her to leave. She looked at Seymour before passing through the dark corridor. She felt the familiar pull of darkness but quickly smacked herself in order not to fall for it.
When Dani appeared on the other side she followed Kichi to where she placed down the woman. Dani stared at the woman carefully as Kichi said that he would do anything for the woman. She stared at Kichi once more before thinking ‘I should ask him about getting my gear but he looks like a beaten puppy.’

“So she was the one who got kidnapped by Cory,” Dani questioned before speaking, “I am sorry that happened. I wish I could’ve helped.” She then directed her attention to the woman again. “My name is Dani by the way,” Dani said quietly, “Cory managed to attack me today before he kidnapped you.”

[ Lugae : Angel Grove : Volcanic Lair => Lugae's Lab ]

"Understood my lord. I'll make sure he's prepared before he departs." Lugae bowed to Ivan Ooze and took his leave. He gestured for the two to follow him as he took the elevator one last time, this time to return to his lab.

He led Matt to an array of futuristic-looking weaponry, and studied the selection. He settled on on what looked like a large tube of intermingling metal plates with a scope at one end. He handed it over to his slave, whom hoisted it up onto his shoulder. "This cannon fires high powered concussive energy missiles. With it you should be able to cause enough havoc to buy Master Ooze time. Now both of you stand over there for transport.

Lugae had them stand on two pads that were emitting a soft light. These teleporters were used to transport individuals to locations outside of the moonbase. Lugae took hold of the activation switch and got ready to send them off.

"Look," John said slightly frustrated with what was happening, "he may be helping us now, but that doesn't mean that he isn't using this moment in time to stab us in the back later. I never played FFX, but I know enough about it to realize that this man is nuts, off his rocker, I don't know how I can prove anything, but thus far, everything I have seen has fit the personality perfectly. Jafar, Kurt Zisa, whatever bad guy you throw at me, they have ALL had evil intentions... I'm just saying, please watch your back... and..."

John trailed off slightly and thought to himself. A small tear began to form, but slowly he began to relax himself.

"I just don't want you to die alright...? Your the only friend I've got right now..."

((I apologize for my horrendous lack of activity!))

[Amy : Angel Grove : Outside the Red Rose]

"Yeah, I know," Amy said, looking down and off to the side. Seymour was evil, something in her bones said it, screamed it, something that stank of killing him fifty zillion times and watching as he came back over and over and over again. And yet, some part of her wanted him to be something more; or, perhaps, some part of her just didn't want to be afraid of him all the time.

John had a point, though. So far, every canon character they had met was actually in character as far as she knew. If Cloud started to make out with Leon, however, she'd seriously question everything she considered 'real'. If Demyx appeared in a ballerina outfit throwing roses and doing twirls... wait, would that be IN character?

"He could be less psycotic," Amy said, hopefully. Seymour was still through the portal at this time; she had no fear of him overhearing her. "This is Kingdom Hearts, not what we're familiar with. Everyone has different pasts in this series, different from what we've seen in the others." She shook her head, "But I know. The likely hood of him being anything other than a main villain is slim." It pained her to admit it. Goodbye helpful guado, hello fiend who. Won't. Freakin'. Die. "Slim to non-exi– Hey! Hey, don't be sad! I'm here, I'm well, I've got guns and White magic, BE HAPPY." She punched him in the shoulder.

In the meantime, a few people were coming back through the portal, the kidnapped Kyla included. Amy was busy punching John at that moment.

[ Billy : Angel Grove : Coastline ]

"Welcome back, guys," Billy said, still dressed as an average high-school teenager. He was curious about their method of transportation, which had the same form of Nega-waves that the Heartless used to appear with (his hand-held scanner went off rather wildly). However, they were definitely what Billy would call 'good guys'- they fought against Heartless, and though they had a form of teleportation that used nega-waves, they didn't use any at all in their combat.

"I just got permission from Alpha to bring you all back to base," he said, speaking to the entire group. Some of them weren't back yet, but he felt they should know. "When you're all ready to go, I'll give Alpha the go-ahead; he has our co-ordinates. He'll even be able to fix your ship!"

Tommy had followed the other Earthlings through the portal, coming through on the other side just in time to here Billy confirm the new rangers' permission to enter the Command Center. He walked over to Billy, smiling as he said, "That's great, Billy!... But we might need to wait a bit. There are still two of their friends talking to that Ronin Ranger, and another is waiting for them to finish." He turned back to Axel before adding, "Unless you want to just bring them back to the Command Center when they're done? You can do that teleportation technique anywhere, right?"

[ Kyle ; Sora ; Zexion : Port Royal : Train Clearing ]

"You likely don't recognize me- I used to live in Radiant Garden, as well, before Ansem the Wise took me in," he said, before holding his hand out to her; within his grasp was her whip. "My name is Zexion. What are you doing out here?"

"Uh... Joe, what did you mean 'another one'?" Sora asked, scratching his head at the fae-fighter with a look of confusion. He looked to Kyle, who only seemed all too focused on not looking back.

Kyle inwardly cringed at the word 'Weezy'- why was it everyone called it that? He sort of couldn't stand it; however, he ignored it for now, nodding to Jacob. "Yes, we should all get acquainted and get you two-" he said, looking between Jacob and Sayrike. "Some better fitting clothes. All that's on board the train- we should really get going, before-"

"They're already upon us. Dozens," Zexion said, standing stiffly in place as his nose twitched with every inhalation. "They'll be within firing range in less than five minutes."

"Well, come on, everyone get in the train!" Sora said, offering a hand to Quistis in order to help her to her feet... only to realize he'd forgotten to take off her shackles. With a rather drastic face-palm, he quickly pointed the Keyblade to both sets of shackles before saying, "Sorry about that... let's get you on board."

[[Sorry this all seems so rushed. I dunno what's going on in my head right now, it's all blaaaarg.]]

Jacob ║ Port Royal ║ Train Clearing

Jacob smiled as Dawn and Sayrike passed. If he was stuck on a God-forsaken plot of dirt and trees, where men with guns wanted to plug him with holes, at least he'd be in good company...and a magic train.

"They're already upon us. Dozens...They'll be within firing range in less than five minutes."


"Well, final boarding call for LET'S GET THE $&^# OUTTA HERE." Jacob said with a yawp, before clamoring into the train. Two steps into it, and it looked twice as spacious as it did on the outside. "Interesting trick..." He said, in awe of everything in side. He shuffled into a seat and drew a single silver knife from it's pouch; he fingered it and let in flow between his fingers.

[[Louis : Port Royal : Clearing]]

Louis smiled to himself as he watched everyone become acquainted and settle down. Everyone was safe, no one had been hurt, they had been in and out without even as much as having their faces seen, it was a flawless rescue. Louis strolled over to the train and climbed in. At this point he'd already grown accustomed to the trains strange spacial effects and went straight for a comfy looking chair in lounge car, flopping down with a sigh.

Louis however couldn't get used to how every single chair, booth, bed, or stool all managed to match his exact taste in softness versus firm support. He leaned back and tilted his head around to watch as everyone else would climb on board soon enough. Part of him actually longed for the imperfections, a chair that wasn't like sitting on a cloud, or sleeping in stasis. It was too strange for him to think that such a place could exist.

He looked over at the new guy, not that he was much of an oldie to start with. Louis noted him fiddling with the daggers, an interesting nervous habit if that's what it was, not exactly the safest either. Louis decided to make conversation, even though he was sure the lounge car was likely to become quite loud momentarily, "You alright? I hope that fall didn't hurt to much."

Jacob ║ Port Royal ║ Train Clearing

"Oh yes, most definitely. A tumble like that is no problem. I'm just glad you guys got me out. Woulda been nice to see if my plan worked, but...Seriously, I'm alright. I'm Jacob by the way." Jacob flashed a smile to the black and purple clad man. He could tell they were going to get along well. He was wearing purple for goodness' sake. "What's your name? Where are you from? Do you have ANY idea why I'm here or what's going on or anything really?" Jacob leaned back in his chair and gently placed his head against the wall behind his seat. He needed a meal and a shower. He smelled of funky jail and old hay.

[Joe; Quistis: PR: Clearing]

Joe looked at Sora, blinking slowly as if running over what he said in his head. He was actually scrambling to come up with an answer, and said the first one that came to his mind. "Another beautiful woman." Mentally, he winced, cause that was something he wouldn't normally say. But he couldn't call her 'another game character'. Though, with the male he cut free prancing over(in his mind it was prancing), he ended up just watching the going-ons.

Quistis was busy staring at Zexion, reaching for her whip after having smiled at Jacob. Yes, introductions would've been nice, especially considering she knew none of these people. Zexion included. Of course, not like they really had time, if those soldiers really were coming up on them.

"Yes, well, I'll tell you later when we don't have to worry about soldiers breathing down our necks."

Sora released her bonds, and the woman, rubbing her wrists with her whip in hand, stood. "Thank you. We should hurry." Did Quistis trust them? Not quite. But they did rearm her and save her(as far as she knew). And they might know where He was.

Joe was staring after the new male, a dumbfounded look on his face. Was the guy mental? Not like Joe could talk. Either way, he followed them into the train and plopped down on a seat not near Louis and (apparently)Jacob, but not on the opposite side of the train, either. Well, at least he was asking questions that were semi-important.

[Jenny :: Port Royal :: Train]

Jenny had ducked back into the train while everyone waited, she felt just as nervous and antsy as Kyle did. She couldn't handle just being outside and twisting the hem of her outfit over and over. So she had gone inside to drink a glass of cold water and heard a commotion outside. Nearly dropping her glass, Jenny raced outside just in time to see the dark portal close up. The mage smiled broadly, with the three faces she didn't recognize, it could only mean they succeeded in rescuing everyone!

She would've gone out to greet them back, but Zexion's words made her worried. They should leave as soon as possible if they wanted to keep their necks , so she retreated back into the train as to not block the doorway. There would be time to get acquainted with everyone soon enough.

Glancing over everyone, the new boy looked jittery, and she almost laughed. Was she that edgy when they first started out on their journey? Jenny quickly filled three clean glasses with water and juggled her way over to Jacob, Louis and Joe with a smile painted on her face. Thank goodness for some waitress skills. She had all but forgotten the little heated "argument" from earlier as she gave each of the three a glass of water. "I'm glad you guys all made it back in one piece."

[ Kyle ; Sora ; Zexion : Port Royal : Train Clearing ]

"Right this way!" Sora said enthusiastically as he led Quistis to the entrance of the Lounge Car, where most of the others awaited. He'd dispelled his Keyblade on his way over, jumping on board the train and seeing everyone sitting down. He decided to take a seat near Jacob, sighing somewhat.

As everyone slowly made their way onto the train, Kyle looked to Zexion, who remained watching the tree line. Kyle's eyes narrowed curiously before turning his gaze over to Sayrike and Dawn, his hand quickly motioning for them to follow.

"We'll have all the time for explanations and intros once we get off this rock," he said, looking to Dawn before nodding briefly. "Next stop- Tortuga. Let's get going!"

With that, Kyle also made his way on-board, though he remained on the stairs, looking out to make sure the two girls could get on safely.

[[Louis : Train : Lounge Car]]

Louis smiled at the new guy, now trying to register his name in his head, "Well, Jacob, it's a pleasure to meet you. My name is Louis, from Ivalice, more specifically the Arcadian Empire. Well, I know a little bit about the situation, but perhaps someone else can better explain it. I've only been informed to a point recently." He looked up at Jenny as she came in and handed them all water, "Ah, thank you Jenny. How is it you always seem to know exactly what we need when we need it? Are you some sort of mind reader?" Louis chuckled for a moment before a thought hit him, "Oh! Perhaps you could help explain to Jacob what exactly is going on?"

Jacob ║ Port Royal ║ Train

Jacob looked up to Jenny and gave her a giant toothy grin as he graciously and carefully retracted the glass. "Well, Jenny was it? Why don't you sit down next to my new friend Louis and lets chat." He placed the dagger on the table and readjusted his goggles nervously. "My name's Jacob!" He extended his hand to her, but he never made eye contact. Instead, his focus was on the motley troupe hustling into the train.

[Train ~ Dining Car]

Jack sat across from Prote in one of the booths, lounging with his feet up on the table and hat tipped in front of his eyes. A black and white checkered board sat in front of the two, rook and knight pieces familiar to chess standing on the board. There were a small few black pieces among a sea of white ones, making the assumption that the white army's master would be victorious. After long pondering a move, Prote moved a white bishop, taking one of Jack's little remaining pieces.

Jack peered at the playing field by tilting his head up slightly to get a look from under the brim of his hat. Without taking long to think about an action, the pirate moved his black knight in on the white king.

"Check mate." He declared in soft-spoken victory.

Prote examined the board before tapping his chin. "You are quite good at making plans, aren't you?

"Tell me something I don't know, mate."

"How many times did you say you've played chess?"

"This would be me first time."
