First post in...a very long time.
Dunno, Bleach is kinda hard to rp without a proper storyline or something. And it's hard to let your creative juices flow as well.
Maybe try changing the theme of the rp? Reborn or something?
I started a stat-based Reborn guild but it went inactive - my fault, cuz I had exams and couldn't log on for 2 or 3 months,
And Reborn was quite interesting to rp with, allows a lot of creativity.

Before starting on any arc ideas, you might also want to set some training and (maybe) energy guidelines for kido and such? I know that it isn't used as much as jutsus in Naruto guilds, but I remember not having anything to do because there was no training system or anything.
By the way, I'll try my best to help if I can, but I can't go on Gaia that much (even less than before) so... yeah.... I don't know if I'll even have time for an rpc here yet sweatdrop ....
