I just found out a few minutes ago that my stepmother passed away this morning. I'm afraid I'm going to be a little out of it for a while..

Thanks guys heart I don't think it's quite sunk in yet. I'm making arrangements to fly to Michigan to be with my mom. (This was my mom's partner that died. I also have another stepmom who is married to my dad.)

I'll be leaving on Thursday to be with my mom and I'm not sure how long I'll be staying - my guess is at least through early next week. But at this point I'm not really sure.

Anyway, I'll probably be on and off here today and tomorrow as I need distractions.
