Renon21 Sissy Blade Renon21 Sissy Blade Chibi Halo Sad sign a lot of today's younger people only know how to express what they're feeling and doing through Twitter, Tumblr, and Instagram hashtags, a Will I Am song title that's nothing but a social media hashtag featuring Justin Bieber. In fact, the Black Eyed Peas front-man is hashtagging it up in the title of his new album. I guess when we talk about the song and the album we're supposed to say the hashtag. Makes you hate the social media tagging system a bit. Yeah, like I'm going to so rush out and download Hashtag Will Power. Makes me feel like I lost a few IQ points just saying it.
#true *is slapped* xp Sad but true. It also enhances my very worst fear (second only to dying)... that I'll become stupid somewhere in life. Yeah, I'm already considered a bit of a ditz, but I don't want to worship those fools on the E! channel. (And heck, considering what that vapid narcissist Bieber is doing nowadays, please hit me with a frying pan if I ever worship him.) #omglikInorite? It's one thing if you're on Twitter and wanting to get your quickie post out there with all the other reactionary posts about the Detroit Tigers or the Michigan Wolverines as things are happening. However, when you're dealing with a very serious topic like what's going on in Boston on a place like Gaia you can afford to not talk in hashtags. Some chick in the thread going on in the In The News forum came in there and was all "This is so sad #prayersforboston" and people were all "wow. now, see? this is what we've become: we can't even express our thoughts in words anymore. we've gotten so lazy that our deepest condolences have to be boiled down into regurgitated hashtags we've encountered elsewhere."
I guess Will I Am is trying to become a regurgitated hashtag you've encountered elsewhere. xp

Who wants to see how bad things are in my neck of the woods? That photo from Instagram is of a baseball field along the frontage next to Insterstate 55 road two stoplights west of my neighborhood. That's how close the flooding is to me. I'm soo glad all my house got was the usual oversized puddle at the bottom of the driveway. It could have been worse. It could have been like Morris and Marseille.

So... I wasn't online at all yesterday because I spent maybe seventeen hours (I don't remember when I started taking stuff apart, but I'd say I was at it from 10am to 3am) turning this: into this: And now I want nothing to do with Legos for a while. I may have carpal tunnel in my left hand. XD

*whistles* Wow Chef that's a lot of work! On another note anyone know a skirt of a similar color to this one so I can recreate this avi? They stupidly (in my opinion) changed the layering on the white delight skirt rolleyes

Been up since before five am (central time mind you) this morning. I was so out of it this morning I left two DVDs, a golf shirt, and a small set of cookbooks at my parents' house. They're going to bring them home with them in a few weeks so all is not lost. I know I gained an hour crossing from Georgia into Tennesee today but my god I'm so out of it and tired right now and I forgot to bring my slippers in with me from the car. Didn't forget the pants I thought I might need at some point today though.
On that note I'm going to bed.
