Sounds great Isis, good job. I wish their was a hobby shop around for me to work at, that would be fun. Something I enjoying doing and all that.
Anyways the Game with the ELdar was
Space Marines 1500 points
vs
Eldar 2,054 points
I brought it out to a draw after intense fighting.
I was wondering the entire game why the Eldar had so much stuff in their army. We later went and added there point sheet up it came to 2,054 of a 1,500 point game! So I took the 554 point off his total score at the end
I actually won by 25-30 points but since we couldn't find his real point sheet and just added it up with what he thought he brought I decided to call it a draw so he wouldn't complain that much.

ermmm... how did the Eldar dude not know he had 2,054 instead of 1500 ?? Slight difference there.

Maybe got carried away with an aspects army? idk I haven't got around to much painting lately. I'm waiting for the new Eldar codex to come out, at which point I'll probably start collecting. Then, I'm gonna do an uber kewl diorama involving some eldar, some poor tau, and a lot aof fun! Oh, and congrts Isis on the job, it should be alot of fun!

The Diorama sounds cool, post pics if you get to making it. My friend wants to play Eldar, but I told her to wait untill the new stuff comes out also.... of coarse since Im the one who knows How to play I gather I will be learning how to play Eldar so I can teach her how they work. sweatdrop I cant wait to start working there, on the down side I'll be working on my B-day. on the up side I know Im getting a battle box and now I get a 30% discount on the stuff I get. mrgreen

Okay, just one question. I might be wrong on this, or you might have another reason but doesn't the Chaplin already come with fearless? Wouldn't purity seals be almost useless for him?
Maybe you should put them on another squad?
Well other then that, the army looks great. Looks very well balanced with enough fire power and speed to do the damage needed.

I originally thought he was fearless but it turns out that Chaplains aren't fearless. Or if they are I don't see where it says that in the book. Normally special characters loose ability's while joining squads the Purity seals count for every one in the squad he is attached to. Litanies of hate is awesome and also counts for his entire squad. He'll be joining the devestators early on in the game. mrgreen I hope this set up works out good. Oh I didn't mention Im running with significant divergance, I have True grit/ counter attack and Furious charge on my guys. For The Emperor, I bring death. 3nodding
