Wait is de digivolve only allowed once? like if a M digimon is won, can't you get it until the R part?

You should ask shop questions here, in the TP shop Q&A thread.
That being said I will answer this one. De-digivolution can only be preformed on a Digimon that has been won from a contest. This means it can not be used on a Digimon that has undergone any sort of change at all. Basically the Digimon in your link to the contest needs to match the digimon you are making a request about.

Since Bakemon doesnt have a normal de- digivolving stage we have to go with the unexpected rule 1. BETAMON 2. KUNEMON3. DemiDevimon 4. Shamanmon 5. Chuumon 6. WORMMON
