dark halo reasonable? sheesh! 16.5 k is way more money than I have now... maybe someday. I like the glowing one that agd's wearing lately... what's that one called?

If I hadn't donated last month I wouldn't be wearign this one. I really don't know what AGD has on.. I think profiles should tell us what people are wearing, don't you? Oh, yesss... how is your trip?

It's a big bright light. Like a solar flare or something. Very cool.
I'm still so new. Less than a month now, so I'm still considering changing my basic avi. I got caught in the glitch when they added "expressions" and it changed my eyes. i might go re-create. I'm trying tek-tek to preview some looks. I'll lose my current hairstyle if I do this, so I want to get it right the first time.
Trip was okay. We had some trouble with the truck. A brake line is leaking fluid. It's in the shop now.
We're going for a walk. I'll be back in a little while.

Oh I remember that bright light thingy now.
I'm brand new, like you, and I've been here just at a month give or take a week. If it weren't for donating I wouldn't have any kit at all.
but..During the expressions change I got lucky... they let me keep my eyes and I like the mouth I have now.. it's cheerful up close but in the smaller pics it looks aggressive (at least I think so biggrin ) .. so my AVI turned out a lot better than I thought it would considering it's my first one.
By the by, I like the way your AVI looks but that's me. I think you could work into something awesome, but in the final tally you just have to go with your heart.
I looove walking. I walk 4 times a week biggrin

ahhhh, that was great. It's been so hot we didn't walk much at all. With the humidity, we got soaking wet in minutes.
Tonight there's a breeze and it's probably in the low 70's now. Perfect.
I think tomorrow night I'll build a campfire and take the laptop outside for our fishing party.
BTW, it's just the eyes I don't like. They're too droopy or something. I'll PM you with the avi I'm doing in tek-tek, to get your opinion, k?

Since you mentioned it, I googled it and now I'm playing aroudn with it too. I didn't know about tek-tek.
I just tried donating to get the veil.. but it just gave me 2 letters that can't be opened til the middle of this month. Rotten l'il!!! so I guess the veil is no longer obtainable for us newbies...
