I think that the people without a special "Orochi Power" from the SL should be allowed the first chance at prove they can earn them.

Perhaps...but it all depends on their shinobi path...or kunoichi path, for me and sage. But when i made the techniques i signed myself up for morning star chain already. i guess we'll have to wait for DRAGO's decision...It's not up to me to decide who is best for the technique. They have to prove it.

chain of united souls-if the person has friends that believe in him/her then the person can join arms with any of his friends or all of them to create a large amount of chakra that can be out into a technique of the user. The effect could very well be devastating.
(kinda useless...but has a certain appeal...GROUP HUG!!!!!)
