@ Talon- Hehe, I'll bet. My character that I'm really attached to is somewhat D&Dish. She's a half Drow. I've had a hard time finding RPs where she'll really fit in.

I'm kinda interested in this RP stuff. Never done it. Anyone willing to tell me the basic idea? Is there a good way to start?

Ananda- Mmm . . . Drow. Fun peoples. The only real time spent with them was in a non-D&D world setting called Palladium Fantasy. The GM, same guy as before too, wanted to bring them into his world as a major enemy and plot engine. But, just to be sure he didn't 'infringe on any copyrights' he called them the Drau. Same pronounciation, different spelling. ninja
Played that game, and the charecter in it, for a year and a half before we had to stop. I miss that game. crying

I just kind of looked around until I found something interesting. Although I think I did things a little backwards. I came up with a character I liked and then went looking for an RP. xd

the best way I can describe it designergrl is this: Did you ever play pretend as a kid? then you already know how. All we do is elaborate on that by working up a charecter- a set of values to say how strong, fast, smart, etc. the person is. Just think up a char, and then play them.
Been doing it for about 17 years now, and still love it. xd
