The fact that we both feel the rest of the guild needs to step it up in their posts (excluding a few obvious members), and how I'm beginning to regret bringing in my plot because of this.

I blame myself. I really do. I think part of the difficulty is that we don't know anything of the plot or how things are going to work out. You're the only one who knows anything about how the story is supposed to go, so we're sort of lost without your guiding hand. If that made any sense at all, you've won yourself a cookie.
I'd write something for Mitchell, but I'm completely lost. I really, really am. And it sucks.

The only thing that needs to be done at the moment is to get Poole and the two crew members from the crash site. That's it. Will already set things up for that--at least for Compton and Mitchell-- so...there you go.
It's very easy to get things moving again, just take a bit of initiative and make your posts go somewhere.

I think I'm aware of the fact that I haven't posted in a while, Kio. Don't tell me what I already know.
And none of you can do anything because you're not freaking trying.
Why the hell am I repeating myself? Are my words this unclear? It's simple enough to get things moving. Skip the details of travelling to the crash site and post for when they're actually there. SIMPLE ROLEPLAY KNOWLEDGE HERE.
