It's not you vs. the world. No need to deck out like the pre-battle scene of a commando movie where they walk into the armory and strap on everything that can possibly be carried on one person as well as lugging a bazooka over their shoulder or something.
Pro wrestlers wear stretchy pants and sometimes a cape.
Find a balance between those. Dress for a fight, not a siege.
