Katie - I am really sorry, maybe if you explained to him your personal space issues, maybe he will understand. I waited at Denny's for as long as I could to apologize but he never showed, so I left him a note. Hopefully, the others aren't idiots and read it. It was really quick because I wait to the last minute, and it was so lame sounding. sweatdrop I really like this guy, but I don't see it being anything more then being friends. Blah to my social awkwardness.

Uuugh.. My weekend was horrible with my aunt. She cut my mom and I up every chance she got. Even made fun of my nail polish colour.
She was just horrible. And, her ex husband died recently {my parents were really close to him and he was such a nice guy} and when she talks about it she doesn't even seems like she cares. She just sort of shrugs it off like it's nothing. God, why do I have to be related to this weirdo!!!

Ugh, I'm socially awkward too. I always do something to screw with a relationship with people because I always become awkward and weird because I have that sort of sense of humour lol.

Grey Gardens Uuugh.. My weekend was horrible with my aunt. She cut my mom and I up every chance she got. Even made fun of my nail polish colour. She was just horrible. Awww Grey, I'm sorry that you had to deal with her. You can come join my family! I don't have any aunts like that XD!!!
Katie, I am glad that you were forgiven.
And don't worry you guys, I am weird too!! I get all awkward around guys because I have not had much interaction with guys so I like, don't know how to talk to them because there are some that I like, so I blush and smile when those guys talk to me, I feel like a little child in a 17 year-old's body sad

I wasn't saying that you didn't, just so everyone understands, but that is how I am socially awkward, I don't talk well to other people but I am working on talking to people more!

Oh sorry, gerp I didn't realize I was sounding like I was accusing you, which I'm not. I Understand. I think everyone has the same problem. Only those who are social butterflies don't have this problem. Sadly for me I keep getting stabbed with a bloody pin! Every night this week I have been offered to hang out with the Nerd at Denny's but I can't go. My car's not allowed out passed 11 and I'm not out allowed out past 10, unless I have already made plans or left by 9. I don't get it. My parents what me to grow up. My dad thinks I'm gay and is always scowling at me and yelling at me to do things, grow up, get a job, stop being a wussy and stop crying you have nothing to cry about. My mom ignores me and doesn't want to talk unless it involves gambling or her shows, and my brother is anti-social with everyone, because of his very high functioning autism. Yet I'm not allowed to leave. Most people aren't off work or out of class until 9 and then they stop home for a time and by the time they call me it's 10. I can't take the car to wait for them because by the time everyone is at Denny's and we can role play, it's 11 and I have to go. How am I suppose to grow up when I'm not allowed to leave or at least repaint my powered pink and white room? I can't use the car without permission, so I can't go job hunting at will. I can't meet or date guys, because who wants to date a girl on a three inch chain. Not seeing someone kind of kills a relationship. I know the saying absences make the heart grow fonder, but hell you need sometime to cultivate something, that wants to grow fonder. xp I need to get a job, to start. I cry at night because of the stress. I have been looking for three years, and I never get call backs, or interviews. I have tried everything, and I don't want to lie on my application. I am always waiting on at least ten application call backs. I even call them sometimes to see if they have looked at my app. but they never do. All the while my dad scowls and compares me to my cousins. They all got jobs through our family or their friends. By the time I started looking all the jobs had been filled, and no hand outs were left, and everyone looks down on me because I can't seem to find anything on my own. 'Katie doesn't do anything.' 'Her and her silly art. She'll never get a job with her head in the clouds. I'm not giving her anything, when she's homeless. Doesn't take a word of our advice, so why should we help her?' 'She always was the strange one. I don't know why granddad like her so much, she's so odd.' and of course, 'Why can't she just try harder. I mean it's not like it's that hard to find a job. (So and so) got me mine no problem.' sweatdrop It just gets worse. Not even my own family likes me. So how am I suppose to know how to interact with people face to face. Sorry for venting. I am just very depressed. Job season has ended and all the holiday jobs are filled and my dad is raging at my failure again. I just want to crawl under a rock and die right now.

Awwwwwww Katie, I'm really really really sorry!!!! Your parents sound really strict and that's not fair. If they are telling you to grow up and get a job but then you can't actually do anything is just stupid. No, that's just plain wrong. You can come live with me too!! I don't have any siblings so I think it would be cool to have a sister!! And its okay that you rant here. We are your fellow Puffles and we are here to help each other, so you can rant and rave all you want, I will still like ya!
And if you don't want to rant here, you can always PM me and I will listen to what-ever you have to say!

Okay guys.... I need a place to rant about something I just found about, about 20 min ago and I don't know what to do about it. I just found out that my friend decided she was going to be stupid and have sex with some guys she has known for like 1 week. And NOW she thinks she is fricken PREGNANT!!!!!!!! I want cry... just bawl my eyes out because my best friend in the world decided to throw her life away. She is 18 but she is still in high school. Her mom did the same thing and what makes it worse, is her mom doesn't care if she has sex, just that she is smart about it. The only good thing i can find in this is that if she is pregnant, she wouldn't be due until after we graduate... but she will have a big belly at graduation... she is really scared because she knows she f*ed up.... guys... how do i handle this..... this is my BEST friend....

I went through this with my best friend. Her ex left her because of the baby and then on the exact date of the baby's birth, one year later he had another kid, with another girl, who made him stick around for that little girl. Now he dotes on his second daughter but not my friends little girl.
The only thing you can do Grep is be there for her, anything can happen. A close call, a miscarriage, or anything else. Just encourage her to do what she thinks is best, and let her know you'll be there to help.
My friend's daughter is awesome! I don't like little humans, but my friends daughter is the exception for me. She's turning three next month. 3nodding

Thanks Katie, it helps when someone else has gone through the same thing! I asked if she was going to keep the baby and she said that she probably abort it because she is a STRONG supporter in Pro-Choice. I really like the fact that I can come here and ask questions like that and have great support from you guys, I really appreciate it, you have no idea!

Oh no! That's horrible Gerp! Hopefully she's just wrong about being pregnant. It happens to a lot of girls and it usually just turns out to be a false alarm.
I've never had that experience but I did have a friend from elementry school who got pregnant and I've also known people who have lied about being pregnant O.o
This is why I think if you're going to have sex, then use protection or KNOW that the person you're doing it with isn't going to dump you the next day.
People are just so stupid about this subject that it makes me soo annoyed haha.
If she does decide to abort the child then I think like Katie said, just be there for her. It can be an awful thing to have to go through and it's a big choice.

Well, about that test the other day, I know I bombed it! She gave it to me and my mind went totally blank and had no idea about half the stuff on the test. Like how am I supposed to answer anything right when you haven't even taught me half of this stuff.
And then for over the weekend she gives me a s**t load of homework and oh God was it sooo, I suppose the word would be tedious, lol?
About 3 short stories {most boring ones she could find obviously} and the same questions for each of them. One question was "Re-read the story and go through paragraph by paragraph and pick out and quote each litterary term." Which took me like three hours to do.
She's starting to get on my bad side haha.
