((I completely forgot about that! ;;O.O;; Why must I be so forgetfull?! Oh, well, I was reminded! ^-^))
Icarus, soon after Armand removed his arm from the boy's shoulder, walked right into some one then into another person who pushed him into the scanners by the doors. He was a bit dazed by then but he found himself sitting on the floor. How the...? People were glaring at him while others were laughing at him. A girl with aburn hair came over and offered to help him up but he just shook his head and said, "I can get up by myself," the girl just nodded then walked away with her head down as he stood up.
The second person he had ran into was standing behind with his arms crossed and looked as if he was wanting to start a fight. If the guy did start a fight then he would fight but Armand might stop it just because he might get hurt or worse...killed.

Armand snickered, stepping into the shade outside the store. He didn't bother to go to Icarus' rescue or aid. Instead he swished himself out of the shade and let a low sigh be heard before cautiously stepping into the sun. The last time he did that, he'd gotten sunbirn. And that was only two days ago! I'm getting braver.
"Note to self: Sun equal evil," He groaned as he looked up then squinted, half blind for a few seconds.
He was heading to the pound. Dogs there would like a run around, and he was permitted to walk them at times. As he walked down the sidewalk with downcast eyes, he wondered if he could lose Icarus if the boy was actually out looking for him.
He paused in step for a second then nodded and looked behind him for the boy. After a quick scan of everyone around him he shrugged and continued on his 'merry' way.

Nova's face turned pink slightly as he was held in Mitsuki's embrace. He sighed pleasently and looked away. "Okay...I'll trust you with that part," he mumbled and looked back at his human, bringing a hand up and rubbing his knuckles against Mitsuki's cheek gently. He loved how soft a human's skin was. He followed the human's lead as they went into the resturant and joined the two older humans. Nova looked between them as they spoke, wondering how he was going to mask the fact that he was not human. He sat down beside Mitsuki, trying not to get too close, but not too far away. While the parents were looking at their menus, Mitsuki had asked Nova a question. The vampire thought for a moment and shrugged. "I've never had water before. Normally the water I get comes from..." He paused and then spoke lower and in Mitsuki's ear, "The water I get comes from the blood I drink."

Mitsuki nods, "I see.....hm...." he looked over at the waiter who brought them their water. He took out a pad and pen, "Ready to order?" He noticed his parents nod as did he, "I'd like eggs, sasague, and biscits in gravy." he said as he gave back the menu, "With orange juice." The waiter nods and asked for his parents order. After they ordered, he asked for Nova's order, Mistuki shook his head. "He already ate.......he has his water..." The waiter nods and leaves to go fill the order. He turned to his parents and notice the odd look, "He ate already?" Mitsuki nods and rested his chin in his palm. "He's an early eater......" His parents nods and the table was silent once again.

Nova was rather worried about how his human would handle the situation. But, it seemed there was no need. Mitsuki masked it so well! Nova only had to nod his head when the human said the vampire was an early eater. It made sense. But, what if Mitsuki's parents wanted to find out whether or not Nova actually ate early? Worry began to bubble up inside the vampire's stomach, the butterflies forming and twisting, making it hard to focus on anythin gbut how scared he was of Mitsuki's parents finding out he was a vampire. They found it repulsive that their son was with another male...What would they think if they did find out Nova was a vampire as well? He shivered slightly and looked at the cup of water. He had never had the cool liquid before. What did it taste like? He would have easily have grabbed the cup and taken a drink, but he was afraid of what could happen. But, it was worth a shot, right? He took the cup in his hand and put his mouth to the edge, hesitating. It seemed okay. Just like a glass of blood, only it was clear. He took a drink, and his eyes widened. It had no taste! But, it felt awfully refreshing. He took another large drink and set the cup down, feeling a lot better.

Mitsuki watched Nova take a drink of water. His eyes widen and he held his breath, he didn't know if that would make Nova sick. He waited until Nova was alright; when the other took another gulp, he relaxed. He turned his attention to his parents who were staring at Nova and himself. He growled feeling like he did something wrong. "So....how is school?" his father finally asked after a long time. He sighed, Finally! "Good...." he murmured as he waited for his food and drinks. "Does Nova go to your school?" asked his mother. He shook his head, "He is home schooled." His parents looked at him curiously, "Then.....where did you meet him?" He took a sip of his water, "In the park....he saved me."

Nova grinned as he looked out the window, listening to the humans' conversation. "Yeah...I was passing by, and he needed a little help," he mumbled to continue on the story. The vampire's grey eyes went to the two adult humans as they sat there. "If it wasn't for me, your precious son would be dead." He blinked once before his eyes flickered back to the morning sky. Well, would the parents look at him differently if they saw him as some sort of hero who valantly(sp) saved their son from mortal peril? Wow, that sure sounded like some cheesy medieval stories. The thought made him grin slightly. He looked at Mitsuki and then to the parents. "And, I've been to Mitsuki's school a few times. I might end up wanting to go there instead of being home schooled," he said thoughtfully. "Public schools seem a lot more fun..." Though, some of the people aren't so nice, he thought.

Mitsuki noticed his parents face expressions changed slightly, but he was thinking that was a good idea on Nova's part. His parents were suckers when it came to decorated words. He then noticed his mother nods, "You want to attend the same school? Really? Who teaches you at home? Your father or your mother?" she asked. Mitsuki glared at her for asking some more questions, he just wanted her to stop and leave him alone.

Nova shrugged. "My mother died when I was little, and my father wants nothing to do with me," he said. Now, that was true. Since Nova had a male partner, he was useless to the leader of the Kalika Clan. He could not make new heirs or whatever one wants to call them. Oh well. "But, I've been learning more from Mitsuki than any teacher." He paused for a second to think of an answer to the woman's question. Who would have teached him? "But, seeing as my father kinda needs me to be smart and stuff, he's hired different tutors. Many of them left. I don't know why," he said, knowing the answer. It was true. He was homeschooled at one point in time. But, all of his tutors had all of their blood sucked dry thanks to his father. The vampire always chose the good-looking young people and had them teach Nova. They did not last long, though. "So yeah..."

Mitsuki watched his mother think on what Nova had said. He looked over and saw his father thinking as well. "I see.....different tutors..hm..." she said as she finally noticed that her coffee had shown up. Mitsuki blinked and just noticed his own orange juice in front of him. He picked it up and took a long sip before placing it down, "So..." he stressed off, tryng to get the topic of Nova off, "How was Hawaii?" His mother beamed and sighed, "It's quite lovely there.....I was thinking we could move there....it's so peaceful and homing...." He just rolled his eyes and turned to stare at his father.

Nova looked between the people and continued taking drinks of his water until it was gone. He frowned and then looked out the window. Oh, such a wonderful day. Well, any day to him was wonderful. He loved the morning sky, blue, grey, cloudy, whatever. He just loved it. The vampire's grey eyes moved back to the family of humans as they spoke. That woman thought of moving to a place out of Nova's reach!? She just wanted to rip Mitsuki from the vampire didn't she? Hate swelled in his heart as he tried his best to ignore her thought. Who cared? No way would she take Mitsuki from him...

Mitsuki sighed and sat back, "I applied to that college I want to get into." His mother and father looked at him and nods, "How's that coming along." He shurgged, "Good I guess....." He turned and noticed that their food has come. He sat back and waited until everyone got their food. He managed to get another water for Nova and began to eat. The table was quiet as everyone eat. He liked it this way, nobody fought or tense atmosphere. Peace and quiet.

Well, unlike Mitsuki, Nova was having a hard time with the silence. He had always been someone to hear people talking around him. Whenever he was daydreaming while in his father's lab, he could still here the lead Kalika talk to himself about 'this isn't right' or 'that doesn't work there' and so on. So, to Nova, the silence was the most horrible thing ever. He began to shiver slightly until he looked back at the table and saw water. His eyes widened as he brought it to his mouth and took a drink from it. Okay, maybe he was getting a bit...addicted to the water. Can a person be addicted to water? Well, Nova was...He took another drink and set it down before looking out the window again. There had to be a way to get them to talk, but he was afraid to say anything. Mitsuki happened to enjoy the quiet...

Mitsuki turned and noticed how the other was shifting uncomfortably. He was enjoying the silence, but he didn't like it when Nova was un comfortable. It wasn't until his mother spoke up again, "How is your breakfast dear?" He turned his attention towards her and shrugged. "Good." He looked over at his father, asking him a slient question. "Yeah....mine is good as well." They continue to eat until Mitsuki had finished first. He sighed and shook his head, "So when to you plan on going back?" he asked. His parents looked at him for a bit and sighed. They didn't want to answer him yet. Something was up...

Nova glanced over at the people, tapping his foot and clicking his fingers against the table. Yeah, he was agitated. The silence...If he did not want to come off as a normal human, then he would be curled up in a ball and muttering things like, "The silence...The silence" or something like some insane person stuck in an asylum. He looked over at the humans, his full attention on them since they had started up another conversation. Good! He would not feel so strange! So, Mitsuki liked his breakfast. It sure smelled good. Nova wanted so badly to try some of the food, but he was good with water, rose petals and Mitsuki's blood. Speaking of which, he was starting to get hungry himself. Soon he would crave for Mitsuki's sweet blood, but that had to wait for when they were in private away from a human's eyes. But, his thoughts were cut off when his human asked his parents something. When do they plan to go back? He looked between the humans and frowned. Was something wrong...?
