Yeah those lol
Though the lack of progress in mine is not do to any lack of attempt myself and we did make some headway but they just seem to be lagging a bit beyond... any form of efficiency. Perhaps we can speed the process up with the applicants that are still active with the new guild head in place.

Welp, let's see if I can use my more or less new crewship to answer some of your questions and issues. Note, this is just my understanding of it from being deeper in the bowels of the beast and not any sort of official statement.
We got rid of the advertising threads during the remodeling and replaced it with this because it was cluttered, somewhat intimidating for any newcomer, and essentially was thirteen OoCs. I wasn't back there when you were (again, really new) but I suppose you done good.
I don't even know why no one's touched the Promote the Guild thread. Another relic of an bygone age that needs to be modernized.
The main issue with the plot, or lack thereof, is that Lord Setar has made the plot revolve around characters he planned to introduce and events he hasn't introduced. He also lost internet access. So the crew's been trying to come up with a new plot to replace it. Aside from that, a lot of the crew's been dealing with life and its hardships. Zaine93's been dealing with personal family issues and Kyros' contracted an illness recently (hence the non-posting, They'll probably pass it off to somebody with more time).
Now, the issue with Colm was that people were told he was editing child pornography into posts. It seems he wasn't though and so he might be brought back.
In our free time though, we've been working on straightening out some canon ideas and working on new ones, such as a new way to become a Vizard. So yes, the guild's moving, albeit unseen. In the mean time, I'd encourage you guys to make threads and RP, PRP, ORP, etc...
tl;dr - Yep the squad ads are gone, don't know about guild promotion, people are sick, dealing with personal problems, and schoolwork, Colm's case is being reconsidered, stuff is happening but it's admittedly slow.
Hope that answers at least some of your questions.

I apologise Dark. I really do. On top of everything that's been going on I got sick (I actually just got back from the clinic not to long ago). As for your interview I have enough to make my say on the matter. I believe the others do as well (when it comes to your interview anyway). I do wish to continue it once I get well though. I just really don't like giving people lack luster work.
As for getting stuff done we're trying to get some plots worked out. Other stuff is going on, it's just slow right now. On the matter of Colm I will say this and only this: For those able to view the crew subforums, keep your eyes open.

This guild just got a new GC who has been on for a day. The current issues are being discussed and will take a little time to get figured out. When things are set in stone we'll let everyone know. Things will get better, just have a little patience. Thanks!

Thank you ZephyrsBlade and KyrosDevil XIII for the updates, I'm sure you've settled a lot of unrest here in the guild. I approached you with concerns I've heard from a number of guild members and decided to make our voices heard. I understand all the complications that go into making an online community work, however I think it's fair to let your members know what's going on with everything. Perhaps someone should update the Guild Updates thread and let everyone here, and possibly even new members know what's going on. You shouldn't need to get into the nitty gritty details but when there's a lack of movement within the guild, and with so many crew doing things from behind the curtain it makes this place look even more dead. And one last thing on Colm... we don't have enough active members to be kicking people out on assumptions or rumors. He was a very active member and it was a shame to see him go after the matter had seemingly been settled.

Also this is more or less a shout out to all my higher-ups: I would like to discuss perhaps a chance that I could help the entire guild out even more than being a simple Member.
I have more than enough time to donate to the guild, and I can't stress enough how much I adore this community.
I'm willing to do my part as I did so long ago.

Before I go into another crying fit, let me say a few things.
Buru, if you feel like helping out, then do suggest things we can do in the guild to get activity going. Do suggest plots, and do invite other roleplayers to RP with you. That is what I do, and it is what everyone here should be doing in a down period.
First off, the Crew is discussing how the guild has no actual backstory, or should I put it, no recorded backstory. It would take at least a month of solid work trying to archive everything. Even with help from those of you who are reemerging. We are highly considering making a backstory from scratch, which then the new and old members would need to fit to their characters as much as possible. (This leads directly into a plot)
After that, comes things that haven't been consistent in the guild for as long as I've been here. First, how are the Arrancar and Vizard going to be created now? We have a solid idea for Vizard, it involves my character and some science, but it's interesting at least and accessible in a way that fits with the Bleach universe.
After that, is should be have new members wanting to be Arrancar start as Adjucha an then urn the right to become Arrancar. Basically, instead of them not training for diddily to be powerful, unlike the Shinigami, they actually have to go through the process like everyone else.
Next, an issue that I've had on my mind and would like to discuss is profiles. Having a cohesive list of profiles mods, concrete rules that are understandable for profiles, and then the issue of going through old members profiles who are resurfacing to make sure they are up to snuff with what is globally accepted in the guild now.
If you have opinions, please state them. I saw you made a thread on it. Please state them there. I will, when I am better able to summarize this stuff, offer it to you for some opinions. We need them. It would be nice to know how everyone feels, but it would also be nice to have support from you all for the Crew's efforts.
A thank you would be nice. I have rarely been thanked for my work outside of the Crew because you don't see what I do to make the guild, or other guilds better for you. Same with the rest of the Crew. So please, a little thanks would be appreciated emmensely.
Sorry for the rant, but I've had a charged night and it needed to come out before it festered. Thanks for reading my blathering.

Well first off I don't mind reading another persons rant, even if it would be directly or indirectly aimed or geared towards me. Getting mad at someone else on the internet is just plain silly. There's nothing you can do so vent away! I'm all ears. Lord knows you've been forced into a difficult position.
Secondly you should never be on the verge of tears, this is supposed to be fun, and if it's not fun why would you want to be apart of it? Nothing I have ever said, or ever will say has been meant as an attack, simply inquiry on to my loss / lack of knowledge on any given topic.
The third point within your post that caught my interest was the fact that I or anyone else should thank you and the rest of the crew. What exactly am I or anyone else thanking you for? Like I said before we do not get to see any of that stuff so it's very moot to ask for something that can't be proven...
Anyways, I already thanked the three crew members before you which addressed my concerns. You have a wonderful staff, the transition into Captain-hood will be an easy one with them around.
However, and with great delight you elaborated on everything that I asked. Thank you for doing so as I'm sure most of us non-crew are in the dark about anything that is going on behind the curtain.
On my fourth point, I have been adding my idea's every day now since I came back. Before I was discussing how hollows should be handled with Pad, Torrik, and Accapello.
Continuing my point even further, I am RPing with four different people in a mini-plot I created myself. I have yet to have an active PC within the guild. I do not count Buru Riki because technically he is only a mini-plot NPC whom will vanish forever after the plot is completed. His profile was made simply so I knew in my head what he was capable of. Granted he will be using none of his powers if I have my way which makes his entire profile moot.
As I said before, I only wish to help smooth things out, and being as such, when things begin to become hammered out I have more than enough time to put forth the effort to make any decision happen.
If it means anything, I would like to think that me being Crew could serve the entire guild more good than remaining as a simple Guild Member.

. u. To be honest I have no rushed feeling to get things moving. I understand plot-lines and stories as well as systems and regulations take time. The guild I'm crewing for has quite system developed and maintain by a handful of folks so I understand the pressures involved with the crew title. It isn't fun and games most of the time and rarely is there any notable appreciation thrown into the wind aside from random bouts of it being brought up.
So I'll say this, do what you all do it'll work out in the end. emotion_kirakira

No, most of my issue tonight stems from elsewhere...
It has to do with a Crew demotion and feeling inadiquate and losing self confidence. This was slightly aimed at you, but mostly it was just my feelings that have been forced to the surface because of an outside incident tonight. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make it feel like I was trying to destroy your concern. This was caused by another incident.
Anyway. I'm going to copy and paste the actual pertinent part of my earlier post into a thread in the Main Forum. Then, please, for the love or roleplaying, give me some feed back there! Everyone give us feed back!

It's alright Wicked, I'm a pretty level headed person most of the time and I try to understand where and how other people are coming from.
With that said, I'm sure any one of us would be more than willing to listen to you vent. It's good to get things off of your chest and out of your system. However it might be best to find people that you trust really well simply because it's good to vent without feeling like someone is judging you.
I for one, have an open PM box and being that I'm a stranger I can't possibly have a biased opinion one way or another. So if you need to, you can vent to me if you wish.
