A scroll can only have one type, no matter what the parents were, and it's coded into the scroll so you can't trade for one if yours hatches into a pink one and not a black one. Same as if you get a snow angel it will always have the same colour wings for you.

I've never been able to get a cb silver. Best advice would be to check the trading threads in the dc forums as well as the dragon marketplace http://eatw.net/trade.html there are usually people wanting to trade them there, some times for things that are easy to breed some times for other cb rares.
