((I so now how you feel. D= Role playing is like my ONLY HOBBY now. o.o Until school starts again, at least. -Heh- Hm...Smaller print makes the posts look more professional. o.o))
Kira nodded. "I see. Nice to see I'm being thanked for something so ironic, and that you're the first to say it to me..." She paused. This conversation was disturbing to her now. She too then glanced up at the sky. "Random question: Why are you avoiding eye contact with me, Yuushin?"

Kanames eyes slowly shifted to the ground. "It's not good to butt into other peoples business, Kira. I have my reasons.."

Kira remained with an emotionless stare, along with her same monotone. "Oh? You're one to talk." She put her thumb to her bottom lip. "You seem to do the same as I do, so far."

"I have my reasons to do so, but asking why I avoid eyecontact seems of no importance to someone like you." Kaname looked at the trunk above Kira's head. That was as close as he was going to get to looking at her in the eyes.

Ryuu gets back to his feet, examining the blade in the sunlight. It shimmered with perfect brilliance, completely flawless once again. He flung it back around his back and began to walk towards the buildings within the village and explore a bit. He realized he had been there almost an entire day, and has yet to find out where anything is. So he began creeping throughout the village going from door to door exploring each building.

"Eh, this could be true, but maybe I could use it against someone later." Kira glanced down from the sky and to Kaname. "Although, I don't think I need to see your eyes to know. I'm not quite sure on that though."

Even though that last line of Kira's had hit him quite hard, he did not break his tough guy act. Kaname swallowed hard and said, "I just wanted to thank you that's all." He turned his back to Kira and began to walk away but then he stopped and said, "I'm sure Itachi also appreciates what you've done but he's just.. busy with Kurai-san."

Ryuu was growing quite bored with this village, nothing about it seemed amusing anymore. He cracked his neck and began walking around carelessly, hoping to be seen by one of the other villagers. It was possible for him to turn the day interesting, he just needed someone to aid in this. His newly sharpened blade shimmered in the sunlight, one who knew him would know something was out of the ordinary for him; being out in the sun and all.

Kira's eyes softened a bit. "...Your welcome, then. Go ahead and tell Itachi that, if you bump into him again, would you? I don't really want another odd conversation like this one." She brought her legs close to her chest, almost like the fatal position, and rested her hands on her knees. "Yuushin...?"

Kaname's head slowly nodded once and off he was walking to no where until he heard his name. He slowly turned around and stared at Kira directly. "Is there anything else you want?" Now he really didn't care if she saw his eyes. There were just a few people here that he couldn't look in the eyes. His eyes turned a light purple. One thing about Kaname was that his eyes tended to change color a lot, depending on what he felt. Usually they stayed the color black but he was worried.

"Yes." Kira hesitated slightly, and kept staring at her hands. "This is a serious question, and I want you to answer it honestly." She exhaled. "What is it about Kurai that draws you to liking her so?"
((<< This is no trick by the way. Kira is curious...and she needs some knowledge on this kinda stuff, I think. Haha...Welcome back. =D))

Ryuu, unable to find anyone, placed his feet at an odd angle and the ground began to shift and warp once more. In an instant, Ryuu was shot high into the air. He shifted his weight around and dove for his favorite point atop the buildings in the village, to glance around and locate someone to spark up some fun.

Kaname's feet shifted uncomfortably. "Just this once." He mumbled under his breath to himself. "In truth, I don't know." Kaname said, deeply sighing. His gaze fell on Kira, nearly studying her. "Perhaps, its because we were in a group together." He paused, hesitantly, unsure if he should continue but he did. "We were 'Stray Cats', the four of us. We were strong or smart or we had something that surpassed anyone we knew, but we were rejected. Considered outcasts." Kaname's eyes left Kira and to the sky. "Kurai was and is the most fragile person out there. She needs protection that only certain people can give." Again he paused and said, "That's why I'm against her being with Sasori. I don't think he can protect her. He might hurt her." 'Itachi isn't so fond of anyone else protecting her either..' Kaname thought. "Is that a good enough of an answer?"

Kira, actually, smiled up at Kaname warmly. "Yes, it's a very good answer. Thank you." Emotions never meant anything to Kira, but ever since she came here, she had decided that she needed to learn about them. She had no emotions really, and only up until now was it that she was blessed with a few of them of her own. She wasn't quite as heartless now, and she was starting to realize it.
((Kira is by far, my most complicated character to have ever made so far. But underneath all that, she's still just a child. She's just lost in darkness...Wow, that was deep. << ))

((Yeah it was! I'm never deep with any of my characters. There usually very dense =D))
Kaname didn't return the smile to Kira and only said a, "Your welcome." That seemed to have a cold ring to it. He walked away recalling the past and what he's been through along side with Kurai. His life seemed blessed compared to hers yet.. she seemed a little to cheerful. "Unlike you, the three of us are trying to live." Was something she said to him when he just met her. Maybe he didn't really love her but just wanted to protect her from others. Kurai was as tough as diamond yet as fragile as glass. Kaname snapped back to reality and walked towards the base, wanting to check in.
