Wow, never knew the application process was so serious. Hope my team makes it through.

I looked over your team. Over all it was good, a lot of potentially very destructive abilities; but as long as you keep it under control everything is good. I found only one problem and that was Hiei's speed.

I found only one problem and that was Hiei's speed. Yeah, that was the ONE thing I worried about my friend placing. He said he was trying to balance it since Hiei is speed-orientated, but I told him that it might be frowned upon in the tournament. But he promises that he won't godmod.

Eh, I probably should have made a note about mixing two effects to get a third effect shouldnt I?

Close; but he was second in over powered.
Yusuke, I'm having it sent back so he can fix that point. Speed is maxed out at blurring.

I'm not going to tamper with it, how he fixes it is up to him. That and I don't want to set a precedent of judges editing profiles, even with requests.

Speed is maxed at blurring?
House rule? Because I didn't see that one when I edited the rules for this year... then again, I did it like a month and a half ago so I could have missed it. Blurring was what I set as the rule in GTB, and I know this is generally a lower tier atmosphere to encourage more competition and less kabooming, but I wasn't aware we had it written in there.

As long as its visible by the naked eye, I'm fine with it.
Just becasue you can see something doesnt neccessarily mean that your body reacts fast enough or is even possible given some positions and situations to avoid.

Josh, if you want to make an official ruling.
I may have over stepped my bounds.
