MISSION- Just count some Mareep!
(Must have completed "One Disaster, Maid to Order")
Some representatives from Allied Teams are coming in for an important meeting. They had to go through a dusty desert to get to our HQ and they really want a good comfy bed, but were all out of clean bed sheets! Your mission is to meet the representatives and give them the clean sheets before they get to HQ! (You will fight 3 people who have trouble sleeping!)

Walking out of my room, I noticed something up on the bulletin. It looked very promising. And important. As I started to read, I began to think about Missy. She would probably the one person who would actually have what I am looking for, and give them to me for free.

Puff came walking up to me, her usual pain in the butt self. Rolling my eyes, I bent down to her level. "What is it Puff?" I asked. As it turned out, she lowered her eyes sadly. "I...I hear...that... jiggly...we're going....puff puff... back to...jigglypuf jiggly... where you first....caught me."

I nodded, then crumbled up the paper and tossed it to the ground. "Sure am." And knowing she was about to object, I returned her to her pokeball.

After I finally had all my Pokemon, aside from Shadow, in their pokeballs, I loaded onto my Aqua bike to go see Missy.

When I arrived, I wasn't the only one there. Three people were bashing each other over the head, and yelling at the tops of their lungs. By the way their eyes were, I could tell that they hadn't gotten a good night's sleep in a while. It didn't matter to me, though. They weren't my problem.

I put my hand on the door knob to Missy's house, when one of the people jerked me back. I said nothing, only gave them a haunted look. The girl removed her hand, and glared right back. "What do you think you're doing? Legend has it that Missy has the cure to being able for us to sleep again. We don't want anyone around while this is going on." She smirked.

Idly, I shrugged and answered, "So?" This didn't make things better. The three women looked at each other, then back at me as though they were making a plan. I still didn't care. After a few whispers, they turned at me and pulled out their pokeballs.

"What do I have to do to be able to go and talk to Missy?" I asked them. The 'leader' of the bunch walked forward. "You have to battle each one of us and win." She announced. Nodding in agreement, one of other women stood to the side, and said, "Let the battle commence!"

Pulling her arm back, she thrust her pokeball forward. Bursting out of it was a Zigzagoon. Really, it looked lower level, so she must have just caught it. It couldn't even be level seven yet. If things continued like this, this was going to be too easy.

I sent out Zuzu, who immediately knew what was going on. "Zuzu, use supersonic!" I ordered. The young Zigzagoon's eyes went dull, and it stumbled around. The woman bit her lip, and ordered a tackle. Instead, the Zigzagoon ran into a rock, actually lowering its HP. Shaking my head, I wondered why these tired fools even tried to fight me. Even their Pokemon seemed tired!

With Missy's log house behind me, and woods all around, I started wondering why Missy would live in a place like this. "Astonish!" I ordered. After both running into a rock, and after this attack, it lowered into the yellow category. "Lindsey, hang in there!" One of the others yelled. So her name is Lindsey? [i/] I thought boredly. "Zaggers, use tackle and don't miss!" I didn't even have to mention that Zuzu was in the air, so "Zaggers" missed, and ran into a tree. Snickering, Zuzu started flying around the poor thing. Though, I had to admit, it was rather pathetic. “Zuzu, again!" I ordered. After that attack and running into a tree, it snapped out of confusion, but was down into the red.

"Zaggers, tackle..." Lindsey yawned. I rolled my eyes, and leaned against a tree. "Do whatever to finish it off, Zuzu. I'm tired of playing with it." Zuzu nodded. "Alright, Mimi, but if I get hit-" "You won't."

Zuzu used another astonish to the Pokemon, and another right after. When the Pokemon fainted, Zuzu went up to level 12."Zuzu, return." I ordered, and watched as Zuzu's form disappeared into the pokeball.

"Go, Dion!" Lindsey took out another pokeball, and a level 9 Houndour was standing before me. "Bubbles, lets finish this quick. Use water gun." As soon as Bubbles was released, she sprayed "Dion" with a forceful water gun. The low level Pokemon already was knocked into the red zone. "Ember!" Was ordered, and hit Bubbles right against her tail. Barely scratched, Bubbles finished the job with a Bubble attack, and then leveled up to level 12.

"The winner is Mimi!" The woman exclaimed. I watched the next one walk up, who was only a little older than me. "This should be easy..." I whispered. "Return, Bubbles." The girl, who was Lindsey's daughter reached into her pack and pulled out a green pokeball. "I'm Cindy. This is...Carol!" A flash beamed, and there was a Cacnea. I looked at my pokeballs, and sent forward Buster. They had a four level difference.

"Carol, use leech seed!" At the sound of that attack, I rushed forward and ordered, "Quick, evade!" But it didn't work. The seeds took root, and started exchanging Buster's energy. "Buster, use ember!" I improvised. Buster ran forward and got a critical hit to Carol. Carol went down to 1 HP. But, when the seeds worked their magic, Carol regained some of her HP, while Buster lost his. "Absorb!" Cindy ordered. That as well, took a direct hit, but only knocked Buster down to the edge of green, while bringing Carol back into her yellow.

"Buster, bite then ember!" As my plan worked out, Buster snapped at Carol, who dodged. Quickly turning, Buster forced another ember, making the Pokemon faint. "Buster, return." I murmured kindly. "Go, Puff!" As I sent out my least favorite friend, Cindy sent out a Hoothoot, who she named "Ossie"
"Ossie, peck!"
"Puff, pound!" Both attacks hit home, and both Pokemon were spiraled into the yellow zone.

"Quick, disable!" But, instead of disabling peck, she disabled hypnosis. I was about to say something, when I realized that was a good idea. "That won't stop us! Ossie, growl!" I blinked, knowing that it would make Puff's pound not as strong. Shaking out of my thoughts, I ordered her blindly to pound again. She hit it, and then got pecked in return. "Defense curl!" I ordered, and she negated the attack that Ossie was about to send. "Dodge! Then another pound!" Getting hit again, they were both on their last leg. "Return, Puff." After the little pink ball came back, I sent out Shadow.

"Use tackle!" Finishing that job, Cindy pulled out another pokeball. "Go Krabby!" Obviously, this was her weak pokemon. "Shadow, tackle again!"
"Krabby, vice grip!" Both pokemon attacked at the same time, dealing critical blows to them both. "Again!" We both yelled. Krabby dodged the tackle, and sent another powerful vice grip on Shadow. "Bubble!" She ordered.
"Dodge then tackle!" Shadow dodged to the right, and then sent another tackle at Krabby.

Sweat started to bead on everyone as the battles became more intense. Over head, I heard a Sparrow calling to its mate, and Rattatas chippering in the grass.

"Tackle!"
"Bubble!" A cloud of dust circled around the pokemon. We waited anxiously, only to see that Krabby had dodged and made Shadow faint.

Recalling him, I wasted no time letting Zuzu back into the fight. "Quickly, use astonish!" The final blow was struck. My lips twitched as the last fighter approached me. "I am Sandra." She murmured shyly. She was the youngest of the three, and the one who had been conducting the first match.

"Hello Sandra. Ready to begin the fight?" I asked. She nodded then pulled out a cute pokeball with jewels. "I...I only have this pokemon... um...we have to win this, Wiggle." Still holding the ball, she smiled lovingly at the Wingull that formed in front of her.

inst the ground and work up some type of sand attack!" Zuzu nodded, flew parallel to the ground, flying sand in Wiggle's eyes, and clouding the area in dust and debris. Neither I nor Sandra could see anything. This was a blind fight.

"Wiggle, don't worry about blowing the dust and everything away. I want you to use wing attack." silently, we listened, but wasn't able to tell if it hit or not. "Leech life!" I ordered. Really, this was becoming the most fun fight yet. When the dust started to go away, I ordered another sand attack to cloud the area.

"Wiggle, Wing attack!
"Zuzu Astonish!"
"Wiggle, water gun!"
"Zuzu, Supersonic!"
"Wiggle, use growl three times."
"Zuzu, Astonish, and then Leech life!"

As we continuously called out attacks, we were both enjoying this battle. The dust cleared, and Zuzu was fainted, with Wiggle breathing heavily. I pulled out my pokeball containing Bubble.

"Bubble, wag your tail furiously and make sand attack!" I ordered. We both started laughing as once again, dust clouded the area.

"Wiggle, Wing attack!"
"Bubbles, Water gun!"
"Wiggle, growl!"
"Bubbles, hypnosis!"
"Wiggle, water gun!
"Bubbles, water gun!"

Once again, the area was clear, and we saw Wiggle lying on the ground fainted. Bubbles waddled up to me, jumping up and down. I smiled and used a potion on her, restoring some of her health.

"You won." Lindsey sighed and stepped away from the door. I nodded, and then returned Bubbles to rest. "Missy?" I called, entering her spacious living room. "Is that you?" A woman asked, coming from behind a door. I blinked in surprised. Missy looked more healthy and happy from the last time I saw her. "Missy, do you have any extra sheets I can have? Some big Allied Teams people are coming." She smiled and walked up, already holding the sheets. One set a light, comfortable beige, the rest white.

"Thanks, Missy." I waved as I walked back out. I saw the entire women crowded under a window trying to sleep with no prevail. "Puff, sing." I covered my ears as Puff was singing the women to sleep. Also, a Vulpix was falling asleep as well. When Puff was done, the Pokemon's eyes were drifting shut. "Hey, there." I murmured. The Vulpix looked at me, seemingly smiled, and then fell against the ground. "Puff, pound." I ordered. She did just that, which woke up the Vulpix.

"Vul, vul." It whispered and used ember. Puff dodged, and hit it again. "Okay Puff, come back." I returned her to her pokeball and approached the pokemon. "Vulpix..." It moved back, and lowered its head. "Its okay, come here." I took out my great ball, and placed it on the ground. Vulpix knew what it was, but wasn't sure if she wanted to accept it. Finally, she crept to it, and was put inside.

Ding....ding...dong!

I gently picked up the pokeball, and frowned when it was transported to the PC. But, I didn't have time to worry about that.

I had to hurry and bring the sheets back to the HQ! Hurriedly, I ran to my bike, and hopped on. Arriving at the HQ, I even helped make the beds, and walked back into my room to get everything there was to know about Vulpix's on my computer. Puff walked up behind me, and looked to the side. "Mimi....can we...puff....name her... Sarol?" I tilted my head, and turned my attention to my worst enemy. "Why? I think it should be something else. Try again." Puff closed her eyes, and then looked at me again. "Vila?" I nodded. For once, Puff and I agreed on something.

OK guys, theres some trouble going down in Slateport. Apparently the museum is being held up by Zypher. I was wondering what happened to them after the Emerald shards. Anyways, we're going there and we're going to stop them from doing whatever it is they were planning on doing.
