Drago_the_Blackrose Eh acutally TO be mizukage you have to pass the jounin exams and declare youself Kage...@.@ Really that's it? Ok I now claim the spot of Hagane(steel) Kage! mrgreen

haha, but the steel kage will not be the leader of a great shinobi nation, you'll be leader over like two people...If I become mizukage, I'll rule over about sixteen or so people...and then i'll be assassinated...cuz everybody's gonna hate me...

E-rank: academy student level 0-5,000 points obviously
D-rank: gennin level 5,000-30,000
C-rank: chuunin level 30,000-50,000
B-rank: jounnin level 50,000-80,000
A-rank: kage-level 80,000-110,000
S-rank: sannin, extreme, secret level 110,000 and above
I think this is quite accurate, though I became chuunin way below chuunin level...Okay, fine, it's not accurate as one could hope but... sad tried me best
