She nodded and didn't say anything. She relaxed a bit more as he played with her hair. It was a calming gesture and it always left her in a state of serenity.

She let him hold her and play with her hair. "It's alright... I just don't like you calling yourself evil, or bad, or a monster. You're not. You're a very good person."

She moved her arm a bit and placed her bandaged hand on his arm. Since her back was towards him, this was all she could do to acknowledge the embrace.

She felt his sigh against her neck. She wanted to ask if something was wrong, but she figured that he would tell her if there was. She at least hoped he would tell her if something was wrong. "I love you so much, too."

She let him hold her and just turned on her back so she could stare up at the ceiling. "I know. I'm glad you did. It needed to be done."

She gave a sigh and closed her eyes as he ran his hand down her body. She loved when he would rub her stomach, especially. It just calmed her even more.

Mari had a small smile appear on her face and her eyes remained closed. She gave another happy sigh as he rubbed. "I'm glad I met you, too. Even if you were a d**k when I met you."
