Ah, but it depends on what you mean by bad. There are many extents, and the most common form of what people call "bad" and "evil" being committing murder, plundering etc. However, we have to look at the reason behind such actions...was Robin Hood bad? The word "bad" is merely a word used by the society to omit such actions because they fear the concequences, and arguably people who commit these actions are the ones who are truly fearless, the ones who are not fearful of the concequences wrought upon them afterwards...
Ok I'm gonna stop now. I'm doing TOK homework now...and it really screws up your mind.

Why yes, yes it is. My hair was a mess in that and we were out at a techno bar :3 Also I mean the evil bad. Do you know DnD allignment terms? Like chaotic neutral and the such?

Uh...sort of, I've heard of it before. Something like chaotic neutral is when you act out of your own interests and you don't give a damn about what happens to others?

Well chaotic neutral is basically "I might save your life, but then again I might steal your car." That basically defines it. Pretty much what you said.
There is: Lawful good ((annoying Moralfags)), Lawful Neutral ((Police)), Lawful evil ((Those evil villians who play by the rules)), Neutral good, (( A person who does good just for anyone)), Neutral Neutral ((Neutral. 'nuff said)), Neutral evil ((Bounty hunters I guess)), Chaotic good ((I SHALL BLOW UP THIS VILLAGE TO MAKE YOU BE A BETTER PERSON)), Chaotic neutral ((We already talked about this)), and Chaotic evil ((Most villians who just do it to be a d**k and kill people.))

I dunno I've never played DnD before, but my friend told me to read this for my essay about society perceptions...yeah, I do this in school =3=
It'd be fun if I made Quan Chaotic good, blowing up villages and killing because he's good. "MUHAHAHAHA YOUR VILLAGE IS DESTROYED AND YOUR PEOPLE ARE DEAD!!! BUT IT'S FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!"
