Dion guaffed. "No annoucing anything." Dion pressed a button off to the side, and the heavy doors opened silently. Dion walked forward, the chatter of comm officers calling out reports from teh fronts being hte most dominate sounds, but hte most dominate sight was of the single man hunched over a large table, inserted data chips, and typing in commands. Over hte table, a large holographic Earth hung spinning slowly, or quickly to a portion if the command was inputted. Over 75% of it was red, and what wasn't red, was either gray, green, or yellow. The man looked up and behind him, and it turned out to be Bartz. "I would welcome you in a more, politically correct way, but right now, there's a little war going on. It's good to see your still alive Dion. And I see you've brought a couple of women... Tell me, where is the Lady?" He asked, not reginizing Kelbora. Dion nodded, and pointed at Kelbora, whilst walking up to take his place at the table. "So how's the war going sir?" Dion asked, looking over the map.

Faer started after Dion, looking around the room as if absorbing it. After taking in her surroundings she searched for a seat in which to rest her legs. She would prefer to be in her natural form, seeing as in reality was more fey, and actually not really human looking at all, she just used this appearance to help her not get attacked every five minutes for being one of the last Elementals. "Well... I doubt he'd call me a lady if he knew, he might shoot me for all I know." She stared at the Lady Vampire with amusement, knowing that the Lady Vampire knew she wasn't actually human in appearance, and that most people tended to want to kill them off. "May I relax and show my true colors?"

Kelbora's arms were crossed, hip extended to one side in a pose of relaxation and casualness, she shrugged and tilted her head to one side as she surveyed the room. "I know what a true Elemental and Fey look like...but it might starttle these humans. Elementals are suppose to have been extinct for around a thousand years by now. My suggestion would be to either pledge alleigence, or at least peace, before taking on the form of a supernatural and powerful demon, as humans like to call us. Personally..." She added raising and eye brow, head still turned away even as she glanced over at Faer, "I really don't give a s**t. Do what's most comfortable for you without getting shot out. Remember, your powers are limited here...and magic is the strongest of your fighting attributes." She she gave a quick glare of warning so the Elemental wouldn't argue or interrupt, "And reguardless on how powerful you are with that hammer of yours, you still need magic to summon it. And please take into account that you're in a base filled with anti-non-human, trigger happy, humans who've probably never even seen a drawing of what your kind look like. But what do I know..." She said, turning away and shrugging again, "It's up to you."

With that, she turned her eyes back to Dion conversing with Bartz. Was it just her, his position of sitting down, or maybe the distance...? But Bartz suddenly looked less intimidating, much shorter, much older, and...tired...compared to what he looked like over the transmission back at the warehouse. Hmph...she guess being in control of the loosing side of a war can do that to ya.

As her deep green eyes scanned the room, she saw several eyes looking at her, each snapping back to whatever it was they were doing the moment she caught their stares. It was a mixture of emotions in her welcome: some were curious, others in awe, but most looked at her with raised eyebrows and skeptical looks. She guessed that they had heard The Lady of the Fallen herself was coming, and were expecting something more terrifying or...demonic in nature. But right now, she looked completely human and gave an expression of complete calm and indifference. Hmph...well, for their sakes they had better not underestimate her or doubt her skills. She also noticed...most of them were men, only a few females in the bunch and they were the majority of the awed expressions.

She then flickered her eyes over to Bartz and Dion conversing at the long end of the table. She didn't like being ignored, especially since it was hell to get here not to mention holding up her plans for the next kill. She decided she'd had enough of the stares and flashes of annoyance and mockery she'd recieved from some: suddenly her pupils slit into cat eyes once more. Her aura slowly streching outward and dropping the room's temperature by ten degrees...and still going.

"Oh no," She said directly to Bartz ans Dion, she didn't even attempt to mask the bitter testiness in her voice, "take your time."

The air had chilled now to the point of winter nights. Each person's breath rose into the air in soft clouds of thin smoke, and the lights and electronics began to flickered ominously. She wasn't using magic...this was simply her aura, her presence, the invisible tendrils of her inner and ancient power that could even freeze the dead while turning the area to blackness. Her cold hard stare never leaving the first and second in commands.

"We didn't come here to be penciled in on the waiting list." She said in a low voice that carried with the chilling coolness flowing from her, "I'm sure these...capable soldiers can function just fine without you for a short while. Ich habe kleine Zeit. Lassen Sie uns dieses gemachte und über mit erhalten, bevor unser Fenster von oppertunity gegangen ist...Kommandant."

Her last words were foreign to everyone in the room by three: Bartz who she'd directed them to using a spell so his mind could digest the meaning, Dion who being her Pomme de Sang inherited to understand all words spoken by her no matter the language, and the Elemental who's natural abilities as a creature of magic digested every word through magical interface.

-"I have little time. Let us get this done and over with before we lose our window of oppertunity...Commander."-

"I'm more unusual than most fey, Lady Vampire... I do believe though that my magic I had distributed around myself to swallow things I do not allow past my shields are still entact and working. They can shoot at me all they like and it wouldn't do a thing. Their bullets would simply... Disappear." A small smile graced the Elemental's face, before it melted away, along with her whole appearance. She grew taller, her hair changed to an auburn shade, her pupils were lost, the whites of her eyes also gone to a golden honey amber, her skin darkened to an odd shade, like that of a rosy tan. Her hair was netted, with strands of the material hanging. Upon her body lay shining crystals, and her clothing was the shade of her sking, making it seem as if she wore none at all, as it clung to her skin. The only hint that she wore clothing was the white patterned shoulders. Stretching, the Elemental smiled in satisfaction, her long braid swishing. "That feels better, a little chilly, but better.."

Settling into a chair, she looked at her surroundings, noting the shocked stares and even in some eyes, hatred. "Well... That got eyes off you." Her eyes narrowed at the people throughout the room, noticing the tenseness. The room was probably frigid, but she couldn't tell herself besides the clouds of frost coming out of the mouths. "I think you should calm yourself Lady Vampire, I do not wish to defrost their corpses..." She was trying to have humor in the room. "I know we have little time, but we just got here."

Kelbora moved her eyes over to look miffed at the Elemental, her eyes were narrowed and her expression both annoyed and very unpleasent. "If you're trying to be funny, being a creature of their nightmares alongside a demon of the night, in a room full of humans with death humor then you're not helping the situation." Kelbora growled, still with standing straight and tall and her head tilted to one side as she looked down at the casually sitting Elemental, "Besides...corpses burn faster then living humans. They's be stiff torches before you'd gotten through the first layer of ice."

With that she looked back at the ever darknening room. It had to be about 35°F in the area, and the humans shivered and the group help a mixture of fear, shock, and bearly contained anger. Contained...only by fear. Kelbora then glanced over at Dion, the only human not effected by the chill.

Dion was as dependent on her power now and she was on his blood. He was protected from dark auras, black, magic, and from being infected by a vampire bit...yes, he was by far the most sheilded and dangerous human here. This was why Pomme de Sangs were selected and turned with extreme diligencey. They had to be trusted, because very often, rouge or mistrated Pomme de Sangs became the ultimate vampire hunters and slayers.

"...Tell me Elemental...this 'One' person you seek; is the Master/Underling status the same as Master Vampire and Pomme de Sang?"
PostPosted: Thu Jul 26, 2007 4:08 pm

Faer laughed at the dry humor she found from the Lady Vampire. It seemed she were staring at nothing, but her face was rapt with attention, it would be a bit unnerving to some, but it would likewise not affect the Lady Vampire. Her unnatural beauty, if not uniquely horrifying yet fascinating, was in those eyes. They looked like amber that had been chiped away at, and their cutting lines, were a signifigant hint at sharp eyes. These questions, they weren't any she'd been asked before. "They are similar, but not exactly the same. I need not feed him/her, nor may I have to be near him at all times. All I do is serve, may it be distanced on a mission far away, or protecting him/her at their side." She nodded, as if affirming her own data analysis. "Why do you ask? Do you know whom he or she is? And is there anything I can call you other than Lady Vampire?"

"No, I know not this person you seek...my question was for curiosity alone." She said eyeing Dion. "...I only ask because if Elemental's can survive without living off of another...then they truely are an evolved and superior version of any creature or being I've ever seen." She said low and under her breath.

Then waited for Bartz and Dion to speak.

Dion sighed, and looked at Bartz, seeing everyone starting to feel the cold from Kelbora, and wondering why he wasn't affected. Bartz simply glaced at Dion before turning back to the Lady and the Elemental. "Listen, I know they can go without me, it's just not very often I get someone in here for a meeting." Bartz said, rubbing his hands on his arms to try and warm them up. Everyone else, they stoped staring completly, trying to get their work done in the suddenly cold room. Bartz nodded to one of his generals, who, though shivering, took Bartz's place at the table. Bartz walked down, and motioned to the door, walking out of it, feeling teh temperature rise to more normal levels. Bartz watched as Dion followed after him, as did the Lady. "Ok, we'll head to my command room. We'll talk there Lady." Bartz told her as he walked towards the room he said. Opening it, it seemed more like part of hte breifing room next to it then anything, but it was seperated from it. "Ok, now that You have my undivided attention, what is it you wanted to talk to me about?" Bartz asked, sitting behind hte battered wood desk, while Dion stood next to teh door, leaning against the wall.

The moment Bartz and Dion left the room, she and the Elemental following, Kelbora drew her deathly aura back in and the CRC returned to a warm temperature. Bratz looked confused at Dion's lack of reaction to the cold...so...he wasn't familiar with old Vampire ways either? Hmm..if he knew, would he have still offered Dion to her? She poundered this a moment before entering the now closed room with Bartz, Dion, and the Elemental alone. Good, she liked this much better...she hated crowds or being around large groups of people. She didn't show it...but her internal hate for contact was whelling within. Now...it was calm.

"You're the one who wanted my help. So before we share information, first tell me why you sought to recruit me even before our first meeting via trasmission?" She asked, leaning back comfortably against the wall adjacent to Bartz, "I have been wondering why you'd seek the aid of a mysterious assasin who's movites were unknown to you at the time? And even when you found me to be a vampire...you still insisted. Why?"
PostPosted: Thu Jul 26, 2007 5:35 pm

Bartz nodded. "We need more then a sharing of Information... what we need, is a way to weaken the Vampiric Empire with a blow they'd never expect... An attack on the Emperor himself. Should he be attacked, and by the Lady of the Fallen no less, wheither successful or not, would frighten them all badly. 'If even the Emperor can be attacked, what's to say we can't be?' is what they'll most likely think, and they'd hunker down in their fortresses, giving us time in which to move in more effectively. I planned on Dion leading a small team to try and pull off an attack that made it seem like one of yours, but when you contacted me, I knew it would be better to get the real thing to do it. I am greatly sorry for..... I guess the term would be 'trapping you into doing my bidding'. Dion and his special team, whom you met, when under orders, are actually better at stealth ops then you think." Bartz said, hoping to answer as many of her questions as possible before she asked them. He was rubbing his forehead, trying to think of another way to do this, but it was indeed hard to find a more effective solution. In fact, Bartz wouldn't be surpirsed if the Lady decided to rip his head off right now, and walk out, turning the entire base into a slag heap behind her, and continue looking for the location of the Council.

The Lady was silent for a long while. Her face solid in its unreadable setting and her eyes hidden by her bangs hanging low as her head was tilted downward. Suddenly, her shoudlers began to shake...and then a low and menicing laughter emited from deep within her chest. The volume rose until she threw her head back and laughed, her dark and cynical cackle filled the room with tension and pallible coldness. Then she grinned wickedly and her deep green eyes bore into Bartz, refusing to let him turn away, a Vampire's 'pull of the soul'.

"So, you wanted to send your best men on a suicide mission to imitate me, and now that I'm here, you ask me the same service? Hahahahaha!" She laughed and her body shuck with the bitter humor of it all, "Do you know how old the Emporer is? Have you acctually stood before him? Have you engadged in the very demons who protect him? Oh human...I am old and I am strong, but the last time I attempted such a feat, I was exposed before I even rose the silver rifle! You think Elementals and 2000 year old vampires are beings to be feared? Even I am not so vain that I would declair myself superior to his most commanding underlings."

Her laughter began to fade as her still calously grinning face remained on Bartz, her hatred for her own lack of power and the all to familiar foolishness of such a plan written all over her face.

"No Bartz...I tried that once, and it cost me my humanity, my life, and my eternal soul. Oh no...this plan is destined to fail as mine was, so let's not repeat a nearly 2000 year old mistake." Kelbora said and gracefully pushed off the wall, gliding closer to Bartz and Dion with the walk old Vampires were known for, "Succeed or fail...the information will never make it passed the massive coverups they conduct...and it wouldn't matter, for anyone involved or within a 100 miles of the incident will be slaughtered or worse, left alive and imprisioned for interrogation. Hats off to any man who could survive that one."

Then Kelbora leaned closer to the table and lifted herself up with ease to sit on it, cross legged and eyeing the two men with interest and tainted mirth.

"I won't go along with any plan that has that high a chance of wasteful failure. However," Kelbora added and tossed a bit of her golden hair from her shoulder to behind her, a fluid motion, "As it turns out, once I'd killed The Lady Govenor you all so dutifully debatched, I was already planning a mass hit that might acctually work out better if we worked in coralation." She waited a moment before continuing.

"...There is a ball in diplomatic honor of the Duke and Dutchess of Yorkshire in Old Jamestown, Virginia one week from tomorrow night. There will be a huge gathering of the greatest head of the Vampiric territories in the west at that party...and a high chance of success to gather information as well as spill filthy noble vampire blood." With that she crossed her arms and looked thoughtfully at the pair, "I was planning to infultrate the mansion by taking the identity of a vampiric noble to ensure security wouldn't be alerted...since they didn't know who or what The Lady was. But alas...they now know I'm a vampire, so that was once again thwarted by your organization thanks to the ware house incident."

She paused a moment before continuing.

"However...now you've also saved a new plan. Since Dion's blood makes me appear more human, and having more then one assasin and interrogator is more efficent then going it solo, I purpose we take the identities of a pair of Human Nobles invited...the humans allowed to remain in power for worshipping and benifitting the Vampire class. No one...would suspect human infultration." She said, "Specifics can be worked out, but I figure that by isolating members of the higher class factions into one of the many hidden rooms of the mansion, we might be able to gather more information then one on one hits. So..." She asked with a smile, her fangs retracted and she looked like a human once more, "What say you to a less...head forward approach that's going to keep more people alive and vampires dead?"
PostPosted: Thu Jul 26, 2007 6:26 pm

Dion looked at her with a questionitive look on his face. Bartz however, looked at ehr like she just told him how to make a nuclear weapon with a couple of rocks. "I think you may have just perked my interest. And I think we'll go with your plan. How soon can you be ready?" Bartz asked of them, and Dion shrugged. "I don't know sir. It all depends on how soon the Lady is able to get ready." He said, looking between the two. Bartz nodded, and waited for the Lady's reply.

Kelbora chuckled and smirked like a true lady at Dion and Bartz, flashing them the most innocent and charmingly human smile she could.

"Well, that would depend on how soon we can get our hands on a few of those invitations, a gown for myself and the Elemental, as well as a suitable tux for you my Pomme de Sang." She then reverted back to her feral and naturally vampiric grin, "My date will look presentable in something other then olive drag...got it? Oh, this reminds me, I'll have to feed again before we attend. I'll need to look as human as possible for this to work."

Faer sat in silence throughout the whole ordeal, silently asking herself why she was here or why she should let herself by being put through a life endangering mission for a man she didn't know. But then again, she could not die. Lovely. And why does destiny pull her towards this Lady Vampire and Wastelander Dion? "A gown? In this military complex?" A bubble of laughter came out of her mouth. "I think you should let me take care of the gowns." With that, the Elemental stood and opened a portal into the Void, striding through and disappearing completely.

The Elemental ended up in her bedroom, away from the children sp they wouldn't crowd. Looking around at the chests from her olden days, she spotted a dark cedar chest to keep moths away. Using her spirt magic she lifted the chests over it off and heaved it out. Setting the other chests down, she opened the one in front of her. Shifting through the gowns she spotted an emerald green sequined one at the bottom, which would bring out the green in the Lady Vampire's eyes. The slits in the sides would give the Lady Vampire free movement, and the sparkles that the dress had around the bust and bottom would distract the eyes of those looking at her, keeping it away from her facial features. Smiling in satisfaction she began looking for one for herself. Indecision caused her to go to her closet, for these dresses were bright and cheery, and would draw attention, what they did not need. Spotting the perfect one in the corner she entered the bathroom and slipped it on before stepping into her bedroom and smiling at the freedom of her magic. Uncharacteristicly somber at the thought of returning, she opened the Void and stepped through.

Landing into the room from the Void, she arrived in a black leather gown, with a sweeping sating skirt, and a laced up front. She was human in appearance again, her black hair out of it's pony tail, it's black locks curled around her waist. Smiling, she twirled, "How does it look?" Holding her arm out to the Lady Vampire, she showed her the emerald silk gown. "I hope you approve, it's from the ancient times..."

((OOC: And she can use Void magic because it's part of her, in her blood and comes naturally...))

Dion sighed, muttering. "Lucky me... I get to be bit again before we go into a fracking ball full of vampires..." Dion then watched as the Elemental walked out, and then shortly later, back into the room, only human again, and in a strange gown, and held one for Kelbora as well. "Guess you didn't have any tux's huh? Well, the only place I see us getting me a tux is to go to teh nearby city..." Dion said, wondering why the Elemental was wanting to come.
