Darkaznstargoddess Clef and Umi.
Even though in the manga we don't really get much out of if Umi's love life. (Complete dissapointment to me.) the manga hints more towards the Umi/Ascot fact but the anime leans towards the Umi/Clef aspect.

But I couldn't say they're my favorite, because there's Syaoran and Sakura, Touya and Yukito, Subaru and Seishirou and about a million others to consider. I like different couples depending on my mood. sweatdrop
If Kurogane and Fay get together for real, they'll be high on the list though.

Come on y'all! Where's the Clow/Yue love? They're my favorite! Surely not EVERYONE thinks Clow should be with Yuko! gonk I don't care if Tsubasa points to yes I read CCS too long ago and accepted Clow/Yue as semi-canon long before I ever knew Yuko's name.
Also, ANY combination of The Quartet.

Um I really like Lan/Gingetsu, Sue/Ora (I don't follow canon very well) from Clover. Then Syoaran/Sakura and Fai/Kurogane from Tsubasa. And from X/1999 I like Karen/Aoki, yuziriha/kusanagi, and subaru/kamui *dodges rocks throw by all the fuma/kamui and subaru/seishiro fans*
