Flower nuzzled him as best he could. "I hope they don't separate us again..." Flower said.
Just then the doors opened and anotehr man came in. He walked over and patted Flower. "Hello there, comfortable? good, we will be taking you freind here for a few tests, alright? don't worry, it shouldn't take long." THe man moved and opened the door, slideing inside and closeign the door, walked towards Fremont with a rope in hand.

Fremont pulled his muzzle from the bars, backing up slowly. HE knew that there was nothing that he could do. They would just shoot him with one of those dart things again.

Flower stood and tried to reach through the bars and stop the man.
"relax, we won't hurt him."
Another man came in. "they are acting vary strange." he said.
"just good firends, you find many horses liek that." the man said as he sliped the rope around Fremont's neck. "thats a good boy."
The 2nd man shook his hed. "look at their behavior, its more like a stallion and a mare, but both of them are stallions."
The man lead Fremont towards the doors.
Flower stood, near tears, walking in place, reaching out for Fremont.
"ah, i see what you mean, the man said to the 2nd man. "i do belive we have gay horses here..."
"no? thats so odd. vary abnormal."

Fremont whinied to Flower sadly as he was led away by the man. It might be better if the men thought they had given up hope, it might make it easier for them to escape.

The man tied Fremont to a post and gave him a pat. "now, i'm going to tell you, if your good and you don't fight then you can go back to your firend, other wise you will be taken soemplace else, alrgiht? now, don't worry, none of this is going to hurt." he said as he picked up a large needle and started the tests.
Flower sunk to the floor again and closed his eyes.

Fremont didn't move, but stared, wide eyed at the needle. HE closed his eyes and braced himself for teh pain that he knew was going to come.

The man stuck the needle in and took a sample of blood. he continued with tests like these for about half an hour. Then, finishing, he untied the rope and led him back to the room, grabing Flower's rope, and puttign them both back in the cage.

Fremont imediately nuzzled Flower and then, shaking slightly, he laid down.

Flower nuzzled Fremont back and lay down as well. He lay beside him.

Monty glared at the men in the hite coats. They probably had done the same thing to Flower. He shuddered. "Night isn't to far away." Fremont whispered. "JUst a few more hours."

"how will we get out tho?" Flower asked. "i don't want us to be here for the rest of our lives, Fremont..."

"We won't." Fremont said. "Tie got out, maybe...maybe she will come." He said, looking out the bars.

Flower nodded lightly. "I hope so."
As night fell Racer made sure everyone was alright before he settled down with Tie. "if Lita hasn't brought them back by tomarrow we will go get them." Racer told her.
Tie nodded but as Racer fell asleep she stood. She carefully picked her way out of the forest clearing they had stoped in and galloped off, back the way she had come when she had fled.

Fremont sighed. He laid his head down and watched the door, wondering if any of the men were going to do any more tests tonight.

Flower nuzzled Fremont lightly. He lay his head down beside him.
Tie tensed and thought as she paused outside the lad. She remebered a cave...She sighed when she spotted it. She would be the one to get them out, after all, it was her fault they were in this mess. She only hoped that they were ok. She trotted slowly into the cave and looked around, going deeper and deeper.
