filipino_dragon21 ====Tdakatsu Honda==== Tadakatsu was stricking down a soldier when in the corner of his eye, he saw what seemed to be a katana swinging at him. In almost an instant, he brought his spear forth and blocked the swing. He looked down at the samurai who almost struck him and noticed that it wasn't one of his, and his look quickly turned into a glare. The man, who just realized who he was by his helmet, started to back away in fear of being struck down. Tadakatsu was curious as to who this man was working for utmost, but he didn't have time to question him. He rode forth, and despite the samurai's attempt to block, was impaled by Tadakatsu's spear. Then, when he looked up, he saw more of the same samurai with the same sign. His rage started to build up, who was it that dared to betray Japan and stand in his way. The samurai in front of him fanned out with a few chinese soldiers and they started to move to flank him. He knew charging at them on his horse would leave his flanks vulnerable. So to counter this, he charged straight at them, but just as the man moved his spear to strike at Tadakatsu, he jumped in the air off his horse and landed on top of the samurai with spear through his head. Tadakatsu slowly stood up and looked around him, eight samurai three chinese. A Yari samurai from his back charged at him first, Tadakatsu shifted to his right, and grabbed the man's shaft while dodging the blow. Then, he used his body as a vulcrum and the spear as a lever and spun the man around who was still on his spear. The man let go and flew into a chinese soldier who seemed more bent on watching than fighting. Then, in one swift, fluent action, he twisted the samurai's yari in his hand and threw it at another chinese soldier who was getting his wits up. Then, almost at once, they all charged at him. Tadakatsu, with his rage in full fury, roared as he parried a yari and then spun in circles to keep the others at bay. Before the enemy could finish backing off, Tadakatsu was on a samrai soldier and impaled his spear through him. He used his foot to knock the man off and then turned to the others. They were starting to doubt their chances. Before they could react, Tadakatsu charged and jumped a samurai and knocked him down with his shaft. Then, he jumped up and landed with a stomp on both legs crushing the man's ribs. When he landed, he used the momentum to springboard himself onto another soldier who found himself at the end of Tadakatsu's spear. With man still on, Tadakatsu flung him around and threw him in an arc, knocking three soldiers down before the body flew off which tore into the battle lines, knocking down more unsuspecting men. Tadakatsu breathed heavily and watched the other samurai who still remained. They began to back off in fear of being the next victim. "Who is your liege!" he called out in anger. The men were reluctant to answer, but as Tadakatsu took a step forward one spoke. "Yukimura... Yukimura Sanada!" the man pleaded out and ran. Tadakatsu went to his horse and remounted. It was no surprise to see Yukimura against Oda, they were two heroes on different paths. He looked around him at the battle. Their reserves were starting to run thin. Tadakatsu raised his spear and let out a war cry in which the samurai around him answered with one of their own. Adreneline rushed through them and raised their morale and the samurai began to fight fiercely once again.

Yukimura nodded to Tsukiko, his lips forming that confident grin. "I thank you, Tuskiko." he said before stopping to look ahead as Tadakatsu and his men let out war cries. He watched all around as the samurai began to fight furiously, it was obvious that a single man had invigorated all his men for the time being. If only Yukimura could speak...then perhaps he could do the same for his allies. But as he had always heard: Actions speak louder than words! Charging the surrounding enemy, slicing down one after another, leaving a small path of death, he finally mounted his stallion.
Yukimura nodded to Tsukiko as he grabbed the reigns of the horse, spurring it into a run as he began tos trike down samurai, the stallion trampling them or having them evade in fear. Yukimura pulled on the reigns to slow his horse as neared the front of the chinese soldiers, shouting out a warcry of his own as he thrusted his spear into the air as his eyes wondered over them all. "Victory will be yours!" And with that he thrusted his spear into the neck of an approaching enemy, trying to dismount him, spurring his horse once more to send him into a sprint into the crowd of samurai, heading for Tadakatsu, spear ready at his side. "Though I respect you as a samurai, you will either retreat or your life will end here!" He shouted above the chaos of screams and shouts, cutting down another samurai that threatened to attack his steed. Looking back momentarily, not only had Tsukiko followed him, but the chinese soldiers were beginning to push against the lines of the samurai, a sight that coaxed a small grin onto his face.

Gan Ning felt a foot strike him sideways in the face, for he wasn't paying much attention to his 'friend' right now. "Oh, you little b*****d! Kicking Gan Ning like that." Ning rubbed the red bruise that instantly let itself be known on his face. "Okay, that's it, time to finish you so I can fight your midget king." Ning chuckled at this, enjoying himself a lot now. He saw that the man could be easily hurt in his current situation, and he was about to take advantage. With a good bit of force he used his non-sword hand to make a fist and punch right at this man's head.

Men were falling left and right now that the warrior in crimson armor had made his way to Guan Yu's side. He instantly began to fight along side Yukimura, complimenting his movements as best he could. If a man fell by Yukimura's spear, another would fall by Yu's glaive. On man began to fall in front of Guan Yu and using this opportunity Yu caught the samurai with the broad side of his blade and flung him into the crowd of samurai in front of him. Then a loud war cry rose up from Tadakatsu and the samurai began to fight harder. Yukimura responded with his own cry and sure enough, Guan Yu's men began to fight harder. Yu too raised his blade to the sky, "Follow the man in the crimson armor! He will know the enemy weakness better than we do! Fight alongside me and I too will follow him! Go now and victory will indeed be ours!" The men shouted even louder at the booming low voice of the God of War. They even began to chant out the words "GOD OF WAR!" loudly as they fought hard to follow behind Yukimura.
Date watched as everything went to hell with the arrival of a certain crimson clad warrior. Honda made an attempt to rouse the troops but was immediately nullified by Yukimura's own war cry followed by a cry from the bearded man. With no hesitation Date decided it was time for him to get in battle. The officers had to be tired enough by now to the point where he could fight with them on somewhat even ground with his injured arm. He watched the young female fight her way toward him and he couldn't help but laugh. He knew it would eventually come down to him versus her for some reason so it seemed rather funny. He rode toward her and eventually made it into the fray with his single wooden sword flailing out into the crowd of Chinese soldiers. He would reach her soon and prepared himself for the worst.

Benkei was unable to avoid the attack completely and because he didn't have his sword out and ready he couldn't block it. A small but deep gash graced Benkei's left shoulder as blood sprayed out shortly. Seeing that Benkei had been cut Yoshitsune gasped shortly. It wasn't a serious wound but anyone who could press Benkei to the point where he actually gets cut without getting themselves sliced up a little was no small matter. It was obvious that Musashi was very skilled. Benkei was too important to Yoshitsune to just let him die here so instead of letting the fight move on Yoshitsune stepped forward with his two blades in hand, "Okay, that's enough, Benkei, we have work to do." He said in a commanding voice. He didn't want to show that he was worried about Benkei and wanted to make it seem like he had business to attend to and time was important.
Benkei didn't seem to pay attention to him at all. The fight was still going on and Musashi was left open still being in mid-spin. Benkei quickly unsheathed his katana and cut down diagonally at Musashi's right leg.

Yoshitsune was able to distract Musashi enough to give Benkei enough time to slash out at his leg. Seeing this Musashi had no time to block and made an attempt to jump away, but in the process got a slightly longer, but shallower gash on his outer right thigh. His blood slowly seeped through his clothing as he landed and kept himself ready for another attack. He looked at Benkei's shoulder then to his leg and grinned. "Pretty even. I'll let you two go but I want a rematch some time. And I'd enjoy fighting you too, Yoshitsune-dono. However next time we meet I won't hesitate to kill you in battle." Musashi sheathed both his swords and walked away toward his bag, making sure to keep an eye on the duo in case they were to attack him.

So it looked as if the young Date was making himself over to her. It was time to bring this battle to an end! The troops were mixing together, but now there were more of her men than there had been before. Xing Cai rose her head up a bit higher as she charged further into the enemy ranks, determined to let absolutely nothing stand in her way for her victory in this battle. Once she reached to where the enemy officer was she took a moment to clear the area before speaking to im.
"Musamune Date!" That was how Musashi had pronounced his name, so Cai hoped that she was saying it correctly. Every opponent that she went up against had to be shown honor in her heart. "I am Xing Cai, daughter of Zhang Fei!" She lifted her fork up and pointed it at him, her eyes burning with silent fury and yet a calm soul. "I ask you for a duel to end this battle!" He wouldn't be able to understand exactly what she was saying, but she had no doubt inside that he would know that she was asking for a one-on-one match. Xing Cai was the commander of this army, and it would be her duty to fight her men.
Tsukiko followed behind her master, taking care of what men tried to sneak up by throwing her shuriken or needles. The red giant fought along side them, along with the giant's men. She could hear the air rumbling with their words "God of War". Truly, this "God of War" was an incredible warrior!
'A perfect match for my master to be fighting beside!' Tsukiko thought to herself as she guided Yukimura closer to where Date was standing. As they came closer she spotted the form of a girl pointing her fork at the midget, appearantly asking for a fight. 'Ah, who is this that I see?'

Guan Yu continued his rush forward and suddenly he spotted Xing Cai in the midst of battle. She was rushing toward Date! Though he knew that she could handle herself in battle he was still worried about how well she would fare against even the injured Date. He had to keep his eye on her for he would never let her get hurt as long as he had anything to do with it. Zhang Fei would never forgive him if he let his niece die in a duel.
Date perked up his ears as he heard her voice. She was oddly calm and sounded incredibly strong considering that she was a woman and not too much older than he is. He understood his name and her body motion, she was challenging him to a duel! If she were to fall their army would suffer greatly so he had to take the opportunity. "Keep up with your orders, I am going to fight the commander of the city's army!" He shouted out to the troops. He turned his attention to Cai and pointed his sword to her. While still on horseback he shouted out, "Shingu Kai!" His Japanese accent was thick but he figured that that was the closest way to pronounce her name, "I accept your challenge, but first you'll have to get me off my horse!" He patted his arabian steed's neck and tightened his leg pressure to have it rush forward. He lined her up so that she would be on the right side of his horse when he passed by, lowering his bokken to her neck level, hoping to crush her wind pipe with a single blow.

Date had accepted her challange, and now he was riding at her on his horse! Xing Cai moved herself into a better position in order to brace herself for the attack. This Musamune Date was sure to have more experience in battle than she had, however she couldn't allow this to get in her way. Experience was an extremely powerful asset in battle, but without spirit or blood experience meant nothing! He was charging at her and had his wooden sword out, which Cai realized as he rode closer was aimed up at her throat. While the sword was wooden and wouldn't be able to pierce her skin, it would still be able to break bones. Or, if it hit the right spot, cause her to not be able to breath for a period of time. Cai brought her shield up to protect her throat, however this move was also blocking her view and Date could easily move and decide to hit her legs instead.
Xing Cai remained where she stood, her eyes closed. She kept her ears alert, listening to the pounding hooves of the oncoming horse. Then once the horse was close enough she brought her fork up and then pushed it forward towards the sound, hoping to hit Date and not the horse. If she hit the horse Date would be forced to be dismounted if she injured it enough, but Cai hated seeing any creature underneath pain.

"For Honor!" Yukimura shouted above the roar of battle, slamming one of the three blades of his spear into an enemy's skull, kicking the man in his chest and into the ground to remove the blade. "China will soon recognize the honor that the Sanada bloodline holds dear!" He finished, cutting down multiple enemies before him in a single blow. A small grin overcame his face, running forward as he spun his spear, the strips of his headband flowing behind him.
Yukimura charged the line of samurai, sending most of them falling to the ground in death, others returning his charge, only to be struck down with another powerful swing of his spear. Yukimura had grown closer to Date, and as he peered past the few enemy samurai that stood in his way, he could see that he had already begun battle with another...a woman. "Well now..." He said to himself, his grin growing into a smirk. "Their morale will surely be crushed when it is known that Masamune was defeated by a chinese woman." He finished, returning his attention to the battling at hand, thrusting the butt of his spear into the stomach of a samurai, quickly turning the spear to slam the unfortunate enemy back into the grand with the bladed end of his spear.
"None will put out this fire that burns inside of me!" He shouted out as he lowered his spear, raising a fist into the air as samurai near began to back away and ready themselves. "I am Yukimura Sanada, and those that stand before me and China will fall! For honor of the Sanada name! For the hope of a more peaceful land for both China and Japan!" As he finished, it seemed to the enemy that his spirit could not be broken, and they were all quite hesitant as he charged, and this hesitance proved to be their downfall, being struck down in the midst of defending themselves. Having cleared a small path for himself, it seemed as if he would miss this chance to fight Masamune for the sake of his samurai honor. However, he would be there for aid if need be. After all, Masamune was a quite slippery dragon.

Guan Yu grinned through his massive beard at the crimson warrior. Though he could not understand the words he knew what he was feeling. This man fought for peace and justice, not unlike Guan Yu himself. Inspired by the charismatic crimson warrior Guan Yu pressed forward harder and began his own action monologue, "Peace..." He thrust his blade into one man's chest, "...honor..." he pulled his blade out and slashed into another man's neck, "VIRTUE!" He rushed forward knocking several men to the ground and systematically stabbing each of them in the face, splitting their heads in half, "These are the things I fight for! This land was chaotic enough before you foreigners arrived and we don't need your input to the turmoil!" He roared out loud as he continued his rush, slaughtering dozens of men as he did so. Morale levels fluctuated on either side with the two warriors fighting so valiantly, however the battle was still not over. Charisma alone would not save them, they were still outnumbered and needed to keep up the fight.
Date ignored what was happening around him and focused on any enemy attacks but mainly on Xing Cai. His sword clashed against her shield with mighty force, but instead of following through with his attack he loosened his wrist and allowed it to bounce back. He turned it around as he rode by and struck out at he shoulder. Not noticing the fork he continued the attack, hoping to make physical contact on her with his weapon, however the fork caught him under his chest armor and pulled him off of his horse. Either this girl was really good or really lucky to miss his horse because it didn't come close to hitting him in any place vital. He landed and immediately jumped backwards off and away from her weapon, preparing himself for an attack.

Luck, beautiful luck. Xing Cai felt the pressure of Date's small form on part of her fork, followed by the sound of him falling off. She pulled her fork back and lowered her shield while opening her eyes, watching as Date flipped backwards in order to set distance between them. Now he was on the ground, and his disadvantage was gone. However Musamune was fast, Xing Cai had witnessed this with her own eyes when he had fought against her uncle. At least he didn't have his steed. All that was left of the horse was the sound of its hooves pounding farther off without its rider.
Now her nemesis was preparing himself for an attack from her. She herself did the same, tightening her grip on her weapon and shield and moving her shield further in front of her. Should she attack or defend?

Date shook his head at the thought that she was able to dehorse him so soon. His advantage was gone and since one of his arms was in a sling he actually had a disadvantage against her. HA! One sword was enough to fight with and not having an arm flailing around would only make it easier for him to maneuver. He carefully gazed at her stance with his single eye and gave a slight smirk. Fork and shield... He had never fought a fork before nor a shield, however he had fought plenty of spears and well armored men so he would be able to adapt. It was then that he remembered that he still had his two pistols. They were single shot so it would be useless to shoot unless he knew he could hit something so he would keep that in mind.
After quickly assessing the situation Date was ready to attack. He held his sword loosely in his right hand, making sure to keep his tight grip on the last two fingers of his hand for better control and range of motion. Slowly he took a step forward, then another, and one more before he was just outside of her range. She was waiting for something, either to attack or defend. Too inexperienced to make the decision quickly! Date leapt forward and landed lightly on his feet then strafed to the left, keeping his arm guarded and also staying away from her shield. He slashed out at her hand, hoping to crack her fingers against the shaft of her fork.

"The Darkness comes into Light." A sentence that ripped through the air from a low and dark voice which belonged to none other than the Iga Ninja and Shadow of Ieyasu, Hanzo Hattori. In a single swift movement 5 chinese soldiers collapsed as their heads rolled and their blood soaked the earth. Hanzo raised his head, his Kusarigama clutched tightly in his hands, a small amount of blood dripping from the eccentricly curved blade. "The Sanada fights against the chaos." Hanzo spoke to himself as he caught sight of Yukimura cutting down Oda samurai. "And in chaos, the shadow lurks. Victory is crucial for the sake of my lord. The Demon King's welfare is of no concern to me." He finished, quickly turning and disembowling an approaching soldier before casting out the chain of his Kusarigama to entangle the legs of a soldier and reel him back in to meet his death with a swift pull and slash. The Chinese had never seen such manuevers used on the battlefield, and in a fit of horror one soldier let out a scream as he began to flee from Hanzo's cold, emotionless gaze.
Looking back the soldier saw no more of the man and turned back around to find the ninja before him, two fingers pressed to his lips. "Tch tch tch..." Were the last words the soldier heard before his neck was snapped in an instant. "Perish." Hanzo whispered, letting the body fall to the ground with a thud, turning to watch the battle rage on.
