Keionx was nothing if not persistent. She gave breaking thing another try.
When most other trolls were sleeping in preparation for the daytime, she was swinging her hammer, trying to get used to it. But it was no use: it just wasn't a sword....
She had everything together, totally prepared for a big stake-out! And then...was stopped...by the guards. No more trolls could go out tonight, apparently. Luxara would have to do something else, then try another day.
Dagnabit.

Today's Activity— Construction
Vulpin threw his hammer on the ground and screamed. Ugh he was done with this lame construction stuff! Building was so frustrating!
Alifax was back to poring over maps again. It was several days deep into the conflict, and to be honest, well - he wanted to be able to compare data. Perhaps they needed a less spotty method of communication - or a communal map of sorts.
Activities: Construction (23 points), Intelligence (7 points)
Etsali had really gotten the hang of building bases and fixing up the ones other people built. So all those long hours staring hard at blueprints really had paid off somehow, hadn't they? She was very proud of the fact, and imagined Keeper probably would be too if she stopped making the lusus help her with the building. But the important part was that she was good at it, so now she had time to get better at other things. Sneaky things. Watching Luxara run about was a certain kind of inspirational. Or at least a good reminder that thieves were supposed to do that sorta stuff instead of, you know, building.

Vitula quickly returned back to the coastal base.to figure out what was next to learn. Rallying was OK with him, but he new it was time he learned to gather the sweet fruit of knowledge. Vitula grabbed the current war map and began looking at it. He studied it very carefully, he had come to realize a few good places for his fellow loyalist to go and attack and defend. With this info gathered he needed to quickly return back to his team asap.

Ephias had temporarily forsaken manual labour. It was not that he was unwilling to exert himself, but there was a strong need for planners. As he sketched out blueprints, he wondered how Keionx was doing in her training. She had been weird but her enthusiasm was strangely charming.
By some stroke of luck, everyone was still in one piece for bombmaking, part 2. Abrila had made a bit of headway on one, but it still looked more like a jumble of wires than a functional object. She wasn't going to risk picking it up and shaking it near her horn like her neighbour was doing, however. She was rather fond of her head.

FROSSA for demo Demolition: 34 + ??
Well, Frossa wasn't particularly used to eating alone, although more often than not she was the only one at the table still eating later into the meal... "I don't mind some grub table company, even if it is with a lowblood." she began with an innocent bat of her heavy eyelashes, voice dropping to a hiss when the word 'lowblood' left her lips as if the very word soiled them.
However, her attitude did a complete flip when the word 'pâtissière' was mentioned. Frossa's head snapped over to look at the redblood, eyes trailed up and down Cerise's small frame as if seeing the redblood for the first time despite conversing for quite awhile now while they worked on smashing through the brick wall before them. "Pâtissière?" Frossa echoed, eyes lighting up at the mention of treats. She thanked herself internally for not dismissing the redblood right away like she almost had- everyone did have their uses!
Oh no. Oh no oh no oh no. Tierte wasn't doing very well with learning new construction material, and she could tell the highbloods knew. And if they knew she was slacking off she wouldn't be useful anymore and they'd kill her. Panic filled her and she felt about ready to run... back home and far far far away from these murder politics.
Eostre was a bit surprised the redblood approached her so boldly, but she liked that sort of thing after the soft and scared lowbloods she always had the pleasure of meeting. She looked at the papers briefly with a small sniff. "Eostre Diazzi. These papers are quite helpful... just what I've been needing to give me a boost, I think."She looked at him again, a bit more carefully this time. He was useful, it seemed! "If you need a partner, I'd be happy to assist. It seems we might be able to benefit each other that way,"she said, with a sly smile. "Don't you think?"
"Yeah, you know, one of those pastry bakers! Or I guess you do know, with that sort of look, huh," Cerise said, licking her lips. She ignored the lowblood comment. Who cared what a highblood thought. But... Cerise was glad that it did get her attention after all. The purpleblood seemed her kind of troll, and was glad she didn't misjudge her. "Anyway, I make the best stuff. Cupcakes and regular cakes and meatcakes and grubloaf. All sorts of things. "
She was pretty proud of her little shop. She got enough beetles from it to even get nice clothes. So she was almost like a greenblood or some kind of midblood.
Sinter nodded slowly. He was surprised at how well he understood Tamiya's metaphors. Either Tamiya was more clever than Sinter gave her credit for, or Sinter was losing it. Both options were scary.
Still, he couldn't argue that it wasn't a good idea. It sounded about as safe of a job as any out in the field of Old Hemisect with rebel agents about. Tamiya's enthusiasm was catching. ]
Tamiya smiled as the door to a fresh hive opened for her. "Greetings. We are from the Alternian Military. I have come to inform you of a number of things, including the state of your sad-sack capsule-crab slime hive. My associates will now take some goddamn measurements concerning the reconstruction..."
She gestured for Sinter and Larque to enter and then entered, herself. The hive was clearly a squatter's hive. Disgusting. Furniture of all kinds and random knick knacks were everywhere -- unorganized. So tacky.
"We are looking for new recruits; you will be rewarded for your..."
Same old, same old. Tamiya had memorized her speech at this point and focused mostly on the second half -- missionary-work.
