Rose leaned closed to him as they got up to the door. She knew that he was worried about the course of their relationship that has come up . "Don't worry sweetie. Only my mom knows and she's the liberal parent." She comforted him as the door burst opened and out came his younger sister. She stepped to the side and let the siblings reunite while her own mother wrapped her arms around her daughter. "I'm glad my baby girl is home." She told the girl with a warm tone in her voice. Rose wrapped her own arms around her. "When you two get some free time please come to my room and talk to me about happened." She commented with a wink. The mother then turned to the little witch. "I told you that they would be fine Trixie. I'm sure they hand an enjoyable time in each other's company." The woman added with a smile as she stepped back into the house and towards her room. She would let the couple take care of what they needed to before talking to her.

As if on cue, the mother of the whole family showed up. The red clad ward breathed a sigh of relief, at least until Jasmine addressed him indirectly. She wanted to know what happened out in palace of West Woods. There would be a definite..wait, why bother when she already knew? It must have been something else she wanted. Already Noah felt uneasy. Even with Rose by his side and her comforting words, he felt guilty. As soon as the ex-gang leader stepped into the house he knew more would come. The family was gigantic. Noah was bound to run into one of the Vegas. All Noah wanted to do was go to the living room, turn on the television, mute it, and then just sit there. But even that would probably be too much ask for. Finn, or one of the younger children would probably come bother him. "Come on, Noah." Trixie chimed, taking her brother's hand. "Let's go eat dinner. I helped make it, so I hope it taste good." The little witch then dragged the older less than sauve brute of a brother of hers to the dining room where she began doting on him with pent up affection. Trixie fixed her brother up a plate of whatever it was that she had cooked up.

Rose let Noah go. She still followed him to the dinning room and kitchen, but she found her way to the fruit drawer and pulled out some grapes. She didn't feel a welcoming vibe at the moment. She was still hungry and it wasn't long before she had her younger siblings surrounding and demanding hugs. Rose took time to make sure each and everyone of them knew how much she cared about them. "Okay, I need to eat guys or I will pass out." She told them.

As he sat down, Noah's eye were drawn to Rose as she went to grab some grapes from the fridge, thereby being bombarded with all the younger siblings of the family demanding for hugs and such. The red clad ward guessed wrong. All of the attention was on Rose It was kind of impressive to watch her handle all nine other siblings. They really were all a family. They all looked out for each other and cared. Noah on the other hand, still felt like an outsider. Not surprising consider he was. He was simply a ward of the family. He and his sister had been allowed to live with them. Leaning on one arm and staring down at his food, Noah reminisced about his old gang and remembered everyone he used to run with. Where were they now, he wondered. Noah hoped they were all still alive since that one night that changed everything. "Heh. It feels like so long since I've been here." Noah said quietly and he took a fork full of food and ate it "I hope you like it, Noah." Beamed Trixie as she watched her brother take his first bite. "It's pot roast with potatoes, carrots, and peas." The little then noticed what her brother was looking at. Fortunately, the witch saw it from a different angle. She took notice of the large family and smiled. It was a large group of closely knit brothers and sisters all watching out for one another. "We're so lucky to be accepted into such a loving family that treats us as their own."

When Rose was able to free herself of her siblings the woman slipped into the table, but they weren't done with her yet. They started her up with a plate of food and cake. "Would you like some too Noah?" Hector asked his adopted brother. The siblings, especially the younger ones, were pretty shy to the idea of having a new brother and sister that weren't blood related. Finn sat next to Noah. "He nice." The boy commented as he used his little words. Rose smiled.

Noah didn't realize just how hungry he was when his plate was soon empty with only a few tiny scraps to show. It was a tad humours to his little sister, but she seemed to happy since the meal she had made was completely gone and eaten by the person she cared the most about. Noah was then offered a piece cake by one the younger Vega siblings. "Uh, sure." He responded with a light smile. Finn, the previously youngest Vega then sat next to ward, supporting him with his child vocabulary. Noah laughed and ruffled the little one's hair. "I guess I can count on you to have my back, right Finn?" He said looking down at the adorable little child. Out of all the Vega siblings, besides Rose, Finn was the only one who bothered to try and bond with his adopted older brother. Noah then brought his attention to the slice of cake in front of him. He wondered who in the family made it. "So is there a special occasion for the cake, or did some just get a little crazy with the mix?" As pleased Trixie was to see her big brother eat the meal she had helped prepare, she noticed that someone was missing. Who could it be? There was Jack, Victor, Hector, Robertina, Gisele, Kamilla, and Finn. Looking around, she counted all of the siblings one by one until she realized who was missing. Leaving her brother's side, the little witch scooted through the traffic of other kids to Jack's side and tapped him on the shoulder to get his attention. "Hey Jack, do you know where Will is? I would have thought he'd like to see his sister, right?"

Finn smiled as he was patted on the head. He then answered why there was cake. "Mommy said we need cake." The little by answered Noah. "What he means is that our mom said that we've had a busy day and that you survived your first mission and that's a reward for and Rose for doing a job well done. She said that you got five reward points. One for helping, one for your first mission, one for keeping Rose safe, one for coming back alive, and then a secret point for something else." Hector answered. Rose then looked up to Trixie. "I'm sure Will and the twins are getting briefed by my aunt. They're probably making plans for a manhunt over the next few days." Rose told Noah. They would continue to go after Len until the day they got him finally.

Cake for surviving his first mission. How charming. There was even a score being kept on the young ward for all of his actions and achievements. So far, he was at five. Though, the mystery point did warrant some question for Noah. It only made him curious about what it pertained to. The sooner he knew, hopefully the better. As the ex-ruffian had come to learn, surprises weren’t always pleasant. The red clad ward then overheard what was being discussed by Rose and Trixie. Something about the twins and Will going on a manhunt to track down Len. Noah looked away, feeling defeated. He was sure that that he had convinced the dark wizard to come quietly back at West Woods, but as many people on the run, they stay on the run until the bitter end. Perhaps if his mentor was there, more sense could be talked into the wizard. Soon enough, Noah’s slice of cake was finished. He stood up and walked his dishes to the kitchen sink before thanking everyone for the meal and heading to the living room where he did exactly what he planned on doing: Turning on the TV, muting it, and lying down on the couch.

Rose placed her dishes in the sink and started to clean them as Victor walked out of the kitchen and went to the living room with his book. He took one look at Noah and sat down. "Hard day?" He commented as he flipped open his book. It was less of a question as it was a statement. He was much quieter than his twin. It wasn't two minutes later that Rose came into the room. She leaned over Noah. "Come on. Mom wants us to talk to her." She reminded him gently.

Noah had an arm over his eyes as he laid out on the couch. He wasn't even paying attention to the TV with its 24/7 spew of pointless news about celebrities and scandals. The only thing going on inside Noah's mind was a recap of everything that had happened today as his mouth hung wide open. A moment later, One the younger twins walked into the living room and sat next to the ward. When asked about his day, Noah barely made any visible acknowledgement. "You don't know the half of it." He replied to the rhetorical question. If Victor was a bit older, maybe he would understand, but for now it was blessing that the boy still didn't have his eyes completely open to the world. A few minutes later, Rose walked in to remind Noah that their mom wanted to talk. Noah groaned as he removed his arm and let the lights in the house hit him. "I take it can't wait until tomorrow?" The ex-ruffian said getting and putting his hands in his pockets. "Alright. Alright. Time to go face the music." He sighed, motioning for Rose to lead the way.

Victor looked at the man for only a second before going back to his book. He need to finish it for one of his English classes. It didn't matter. It seemed that Rose and his mother hand plans for the man. Rose smiled at Noah. "When my mom tells us to come to her room in that manner, it means that we should refresh ourselves and then come right to her room. She probably has something to tell us anyways." The woman responded. When Noah was up the girl showed him the way and it wasn't long before they had knocked on a door and been allowed into the room. Jasmine was there with a big grin on her face. "So my little lovebirds, how was your first time together. Was it much more romantic then where we made Will." Rose rolled her eyes. "Says the person who had her first child at 14. We are not horny teenagers like you were mom. We're both adults." Rose pointed out. "Well?" The woman responded.

What probably killed Noah the most was the anticipation. He knew that Jasmine was a sweet woman, but it would have been the first time in his life that kindness was used to kill. In the young man’s experience, violence and such was something one could fight off. Kindness was a different story. The red clad ward followed the second eldest sibling upstairs to their mother’s room. In no time at all, they were there. Compared to the palace they were in hours ago, the Vega home seemed much smaller than before. The door in front of the two was opened by the same smiling and calm mother as before. To his surprise, Jasmine was leaving herself open to Noah quick wit and snark. “Dunno.” He replied. “Was your first time in a magically enchanted bath house?” The ex-ruffian then quickly dropped the façade. “It doesn’t really matter in the end. You already know everything that happened. It was first me with Salvador and his girlfriend, then Rose showed up and saved my hide from being and elven pincushion. Then came my big moment putting one between Sal and the shirtless bat and trying to convince Len to just come quietly. I don’t really need to explain the rest, right?”

Jasmine smiled at the man. "Ah. Please. I didn't watch you guys go at it. I have too much respect to watch you guys play like bunnies. As soon as I saw where it was going I stopped watching. I figure if you couldn't preform in half a hour then it wasn't going to happen." The woman responded with an innocent smile.

Noah looked at the mother with a raised brow. "Is that so? How about you tell us how much you really know. Then maybe I can sleep at night knowing my time was in true privacy." The ward then shuffled his feet and folded his arms, "But that's about everything. Glad to see everything here on the home front hasn't changed. And uh, Jasmine? Thanks for not telling Trixie..." Noah said, looking away from the mother. "The last thing I need is Trixie freaking out and getting super clingy...or hating me." Noah then directed his attention back to the mother. "Anyway, if that's all, I think I'll be turning in for the night. I'm tired and kind of just want to sleep. I get the feeling Aunt Yvonne is going to want to talk with me tomorrow or something."

Jasmine chuckled and grinned at the boy. "I looked away when I saw Rosie's top come off. I promise." The woman responded to how much of their romantic adventure was seen. "Don't worry. I wont tell Trixie or Will or Pierre or anyone." The woman responded
