Tifa, yay! "I'm looking for a guy with spiky hair." It caused so much confusion <3
And Auron!quotes for the win, definitely. I love the little "Get up on the Hydra's back!" prompt from the battle at the Coliseum. I think it drove pretty much every gamer insane, popping up every few seconds.
The classics are great, too, though; but sometimes they end up overquoted.

Ummm... too many of these, but I'll name a my favorite.... [they may have probably been named....
Favorite part:
Santa scene with Sora. Best scene in the entire game xD
