When the final stage is achieved the possessor can mix abilities and traits of animals. Depending on skill/rank the number of animal is between 2-6. When used this allows the user to mix animals, including becoming mixed animals.
A user could gain the eyes of a hawk, claws of a bear and shell of a turtle. And so on in almost innumerable combinations to fit the situation.
In addition they cold become a mixed animal. That is in stead of gaining traits and abilities that enhance the body, they could create a patchwork animal as well. This isn’t as advantageous, in most cases.

Raijiri is the first son of the legendary First Raikage, Ryuji Chiroku. Ever since he was young he was expected to be the next raikage, so when his father finally stepped down he was give the position of Second. Raijiri has big plans for the village now that it is in his control. With the help of his brothers and sisters he plans on taking making things so much different. He always thought that his father was too much of a forgiving man when he was in control but he would make sure that he was nothing like that. Not much is known about Raijiri's background except for what his brothers and sisters know, but he isn't concerned about the past too much anyway, only changing the future.

also, you get a couple more jutsus. clan heads auto learn all jutsus in their clans, so your total number doesn't include the chiroku jutsus.
i'm pretty sure sealing counts as one of your elements, but i'm not certain. ask hinote about that. if so, then you have too many elements

I used the two limit breaks and the extra chakra that I get from a High Chakra Level. And yeah. I should hold off on making mine since we don't know about the sealing things yet huh?

It wouldn't but your bloodline is a mixture of Suiton and Katon, just like Mokuton is a mixture of Doton and Suiton. You are required to have those two elements in that case. Futton is treated as a bloodline and not an element. in which case your element's should be listed as: Suiton, Katon, Doton. The same would be said for a Mokuton user, who like you, took Ninjutsu as a tier choice.
