He means the three hidden phrases on the TV before the fat guy and Deling show up on screen. It's kind of an easter egg.
They're supposedly messages from Adel, since it's her containment thing causing the interference.
I think they were:
-I'll never let you forget me.
-Let me go.
-Bring me back there.

Next Question:
Housed within Ultimecia's castle is the most powerful monster in the entire game. To fight Omega Weapon is completely optional.
How do you summon Omega if you wish to fight him?

There's a large bell that once you ring you can summon Omega weapon. but you have to have the leader of your secondary party pull the lever at the bottom of the stairs.

The way to summon Omega Weapon is to ring the bell by the Art Gallery with your secondary party, then switch to your main party and run into the cathedral building. Great!
Next Question:
On the Lunar Base, after Squall tries to chase after Rinoa but is forced to turn back, there is a man being dragged away.
Who is this man, and what does he tell Squall to do?

The man is the President and he tells squall to take care of Ellone.

The man being dragged down the hall is, in fact Laguna, the President of Esthar, and he tells Squall to take care of Ellone. Y'all are doing great!

At the Deep Sea Research Facility is where you can defeat and win Bahamut as a GF. He asks you three questions before you can fight him. The first two questions result in a fight with a Ruby Dragon.
What is the third question and what is the correct answer?
