How does a maiko become a geisha? Like, how many patron counts...

Do you have to wear a kimono to be a geisha/meiko/maid?
Also. How to I apply to be a maid if angel_baby_4 has her PM system on friends only?

Erm...you would post in the maid/maiko profile thread and take the test that's on the first post...
Someone (generally angel_baby_4 or Dea) will come and sort you into an Okiya, then you can start posting. I feel so self-conscious saying this...I've only been part of this guild for a few months.

I asked about how many patron counts a maiko needs to become a geisha. I think it was ten...not too sure...can't remember...

As for Patron counts...we are revising this, since on 1 or 2 patron ever come into the teahouse. crying

T-T It is sad that we have so few patron...and I haven't seen a single party since I got here...oh we poor geisha and maiko have hard lives...^_~
