Elena looked at him, it had been a while since someone comforted like he did. She wrapped her arms around his neck, hugging him closely.

Zane smiled, holding her so that there was no space between them. He smiled and closed his eyes. "It is ok, I am here, I always will be."

She felt tears roll down her cheeks. She was truly frightened on what might happen. The images didn't leave, her body still was shaking violently. Her breathing was unsteady against the base of his neck.

Zane held her closer, keeping her warm, and sang. "Silent night, Holy Night, all is calm, all is quiet. sleep now yonder mother and child, holy infant so tender and mild, sleep in heavenly peace, sleep in heavenly peace."

Zane's warmth was comforting, along with the song. Her mother had sang it to her before they had died, and when she was little. Her eyelids were slowly falling, and her hand lay losely on top of his chest.

Zane, having finished the song, kissed her head once more. "Shhh.....Good night my love." And with tat, he closed his eyes and waited for her to sleep

She fell asleep quickly, this time she dreamt of nothing. Her dreams were black. As she woke up the next morning, she realized that her arms were still wrapped around him. A blush spread on her cheeks, realizing the Zane looked unimaginably handsome as he slept. She lightly kissed his lips as smile spread on her face.

He grinned and kissed her lips, "Wonderfully." He kissed her lips passionately once more and then licked her neck . "How did My love sleep?"

Elena laughed, wiping away the moisture from her neck. "Dreamless...thankfully." She muttered, her smile slowly disappearing.

Elena felt her face redden. She had never been really loved by anyone, but a smile spread across her face, "I love you too." And kissed him in return.

Elena quickly wrapped her arms around his neck, she felt her blood rush to her cheeks. She had never felt this way about anyone before, and it clearly showed.
