I like to watch dubbed anime the most, but I can tolerate and enjoy subbed stuff too.

I generally prefer dubbed, but I try to make a point of watching it once subbed and sometimes watch dub with the subs up just to check a few things.

I usually watch anime in English, unless my family's being loud and I wouldn't be able to hear anything anyway; then I watch it in Japanese with subtitles.

I make it a point to watch both audio tracks, unless one of them is absolutely terrible. I'll usually have English subtitles on either way.

Subtitles all the way, nothing beats em. You get a feel for the characters more (oddly enough) in the original form. The problem is that I find the japanese language not being completely literal, and alot of room for interpretation, so when translating in subtitles you never get the perfect idea of things unless you can actually speak the language...
Which is one of the best things about Dubs...

I voted subtitled in my language, with Japanese audio, but sometimes I also just use the Japanese audio.
One thing that really, really bothers me about the ADV DVDs I've seen is that you cannot choose to watch them in Japanese without subtitles. I seriously doubt it's that difficult to provide that option, even if most aren't using it, it would be a big improvement.
Having the subtitles on during Kino no Tabi/Kino's Journey, for example, annoyed me, I wished I could have turned them off, but I didn't want to have to hear a translation when I could understand most of the audio.
