That Jack Chick tract is so hilarious! The sad thing is that people actually think that Dungeons and Dragons and other RPGs are witchcraft or promoting witchcraft. One prominent web personality, Scott Kurtz, ranted about this very subject. I don't agree with all his points, especially in the comic, but he thinks things through a little bit more in the text of the rant itself. Here's another rant on Dungeons and Dragons in general, that is very well stated. I love Christ, but I don't think that playing a storytelling game would necessarily offend the greatest storyteller of them all! Food for thought... Domo, Egis

Same here. Just as long as you realize that the spells your character are casting AREN'T REAL, as long as you're NOT truly worshipping the deities...I mean, we're encouraged to role play as children, to act in plays, and do all SORTS of things that invovle pretending to be something we're not. Why is this any different?
