Sun Ce lead his small task force with Zhou Tai to the border of Shu quite quickly, hoping to do his part in the alliance against the Japanese. "Okay men, begin construction! I want to see this base built quickly!" Ce yelled out to the soldiers. The men began building the outpost and supply base and not too long after it was ready to at least hold supplies and provide shelter to the troops. The men would sleep mainly in tents for now until they could build more permenant shelter, which was fine because winter was still far away. Ce looked around at the efficiency of his workers and soldiers with pride. He then looked to Zhou Tai and said, "Okay, Zhou Tai, I will leave the rest up to you. I am going to go visit with Liu Bei now." He mounted his horse and begain his way out of the outpost.
((I'll give Da Qiao a chance to catch up with Ce before moving on to Xiao Pei.))

[[sorry not my best post, umm and I guess since you said start posting here I will post here.]]
Shang Xiang followed behind Zhou Yu, she hated the traveling part of these battles, she just wanted to run a head and start killing things. She heard the new guy speak, but still wasn’t able to understand him. Lady Ren didn’t say anything she just kept behind Zhou Yu for the time being.

Zhou Tai nodded to his lord Sun Ce then bowed when given the command. He watched over the men as they built the makeshift fort. He wouldn't have to do much as long as all went well, they were well trained. Unless something major and troublesome happened, he could just relax. He watched as Sun Ce was departing the outpost and a sudden uplift of worry hit him. Traveling couldn't be well for Sun Ce, not with his health. All he could do was pray to the heavans that he would live.

"I'm coming!" Da Qiao called out as she ran into the small construction of a camp and then looked around. Where was Sun Ce? She took a few moments to ask a soldier for where her husband was and then thanking before running off to where he was supposed to be. Within a matter of time she spotted him, mounted of his steed and beginning to ride out in the direction that she believed Xiao Pei to be. She was late! Running again she ran back to where she'd left her horse and remounted. She moved back over to where he was, galloping the rest of the way and then slowing her mare down once she was back in pace with him.
"Ce, I'm here!" Da breathed as she trotted up beside him, looking up at his face before glancing down to be sure that she was still holding her fans. They were still in place. "I'm sorry that I'm late, Ce.... I hope that I didn't miss much."

"Ah! Da Qiao, I'm glad you made it, let us make our way to Xiao Pei. Once we're out of our meeting with Liu Bei you can go out with your sister and find some talented men and women to join us." Ce said with a gentle smile. Just as he was about to begin riding his stomach lurched up and he began coughing violently. It figured... He hadn't had any problems thus far since his long nap and now he gets another attack. As soon as the convulsions stopped he shook it off and wiped a few specs of blood off of his hands and took a deep breath in. As he let it out he looked over to Da and smiled, "Ahem, right... Let's get going." He hated to show his weakness, even to her. He would just pretend that it wasn't there when it didn't seem like anything was wrong and if something did happen he would shrug it off as if nothing had happened.
((To Xiao Pei!))

Da held back her gasp as her husband began to cough very violently. Quickly she moved her horse closer to him and placed her hand on his back. No, no, no! Then they suddenly stopped, and Ce wiped away the blood that had appeared on his hands. Then... he acted like nothing had happened. H-he... Da bit down on her lower lip and tried to look her husband in the eye but only succeeded in looking down at the back of her mare's neck. She swallowed hard and blinked away some of the tears that fought to reveal themselves, pushing the back of her hand against her eyes. She lowered her hand and looked back at him, smiling as well as she could.
"Um... right, let's go." The Qiao agreed, although her words were only half-way filled.
'I must... I must save these tears for later.' She confirmed to herself as she straitened her back a little higher while she nodded to Ce. 'This is a battle field, not a place where I can start crying. I must be strong... for Ce....'
Yes... for Ce. Thinking about herself at the current moment was being selfish. She couldn't let that get in her husband's way! Pushing away her pain as best she could she gave her husband another smile, this time a true one, and softly kicked her horse into a trot. "I'm ready, Lord Sun Ce!" Strength, she had to have strength. For when Ce had none left, she would have to be there to give him hers.

Zhou Yu led Keiji and Sun Ren into the makeshift camp, stopping as he neared Sun Ce, waiting until the conversation between his brother and Da Qiao was over. He rode up next to him, "Brother, we've finally caught up again. You are going to talk with Lord Liu Bei, yes? Send up a report after your done, just want to check up on what happened. Where are we to head off to?" Yu gestured backwards to Keiji and Ren.
Xiao Qiao trotted right behind Da Qiao, silently sitting on her horse as she listened to her sister's talk with her husband. "Let's go guys! I'm excited, can't wait to see wonderful old Shu. I've always liked Liu Bei as a leader as well, he's very noble. Did I mention I was excited!" Xiao was practically bouncing up and down on her horse now, especially now that she spotted her husband, "Hubbie!" she winked and waved at him.

Shang Xiang sat on her horse looked at the camp, she looked at some soldiers working on putting up the camp. She wasn’t listening to anything that was being said between her eldest brother and Zhou Yu. She noticed that Yu made a gesture to her and Keiji, she moved her horse so she was closer to see what the man wanted. But of course as she moved closer her horse’s ears went flat back, the princess just rolled her eye’s at the horse.

Matsukaze ran quickly and arrived well ahead of his troops so he decided to take off and explore a little even with Keiji trying to direct him toward the outpost. Instead of expending too much energy trying to do so he decided to lay back and let his horse do what he wanted, it wasn't too big of a deal for he had plenty of time to spend until his duties needed fulfilling. Eventually he arrived at the outpost well after Ce had left and his troops were finally arriving. Now was the waiting time. The boring time. Keiji lay atop Matsukaze as he wandered around the fields grazing on grass as he awaited any orders.

A messenger ran as quickly as he feet could carry him to the outpost. Frantically he searched for Zhou Tai or Zhou Yu to relay his lord's orders. "I need a general, fast!" He shouted out as he was in too much of a hurry for searching nor formalities. He stood in one place impatiently as he awaited anyone to come to him.

The Wu princess was walking around the outpost with her horse, she was bored out of her mind and she was shocked she hasn’t run off to fight something. Lady Ren wanted the fight to happen sometime soon, before she goes crazy from all this waiting. She wasn’t paying attention where her horse was walking, the princess had her eyes closed, but she heard the word general and her eye’s opened. She saw it was a messenger that said that, she moved her horse in the direction of the man and stepped in front of him, “Is there something wrong?” The princess looked down at the man from her horse. Was this a sign the battle was going to began or something?

The out of breath messenger took several deep breaths and suddenly noticed Shang Xiang approaching him with her horse. Hurriedly he began speaking, "Lady Sun Ren, I have orders from Lord Sun Ce that we are to assemble the troops and assist Xia Pi in battle! Please notify Zhou Tai and Zhou Yu immediately!"

Zhou Tai came out of the mess hall after he grabbed a short meal before he went back to work when he noticed Sun Shang Xiang galloping quickly. He raised a brow at it, but dismissed it thinking that she may just be doing her normal tomboyish thing. If there was anything important, she would address it to him.

As Lady Ren galloped her mare in search of ether Zhou Yu or Zhou Tai, she spotted somebody out of the corner of her eyes. It was Zhou Tai, she spun her horse around and head in his direction. She galloped towards Zhou Tai, “ZHOU TAI!!!” She had her horse come to a sliding stop right in front of him. “I just got a message from a messenger. My brother wants us to assemble the troops and assist Xia Pi in battle. Do you know where Zhou Yu is?” The princess was happy about this she really wanted to fight and kill something.
