i have just finished the first series of marmalade boy. Its basically about a girl whose parents go on holiday and meet another couple who have a son of the same age as their daughter. The parents swap partners and they all end up living together. The daughter fancies her new 'brother' and its about what happens next... I really enjoyed the first series and need to get volume 2 now to find out how it all goes. The animation isnt the best but you soon forget about that, the storyline is pretty good so i would give it a 8/10 because i liked it enough to want the second volume heart

The most recent (complete) anime I have watched was Fate/stay night.. Most of the time I think it was a bit boring(in the beginning at least), but I liked the ending and the characters.. blaugh Then I have watched Bleach and Naruto, which I hate at the moment because of the fillers scream (before the fillers they were good sweatdrop )..

I rewatched pet shop of horrors. It's only 4 episodes (unfortuantely) and it's about a pet shop in chintown that sell's some very special pets. Ultimately though it's the customer who buys the pets essentially getting what they deserve in these cases. It's very interesting but, very distrubing too. Overall if the blood and gore don't get to you I'd say it's definately worth a look. I'd give it 8/10 (I docked points for gore and that it's so short)

The anime I recently finished, was Elfen Lied. I'm sure most people know what it's about.
It's an amazingly complex and touching story for such a short series (13/14 eps) and was really the only anime that I was satisfied with the ending.
Aside from the large ammounds of nudity and violence/gore, I would reccomend it to anyone who isn't easily offended by those kinds of things.
10/10.

I just finished Grenadier, and it was amazing. It's about a young enlightened girl (anyone who knows how to wield a gun during the feutal ages) who is determinded to learn the ultimate battle stratagy, to break the enemy's will to fight. It's actually a pretty short series (only 12 eps) but it's definatly is worth your time. 9/10

uhm i recently finished...i think it was full metal alchemist most of you guys would know the story...its about 2 brothers who tried to revive their dead mother by using human transmutation...but it all went wrong so the older one called ed lost his arm and leg while the younger one lost his body so his soul is in an armor...then they hunt for the philosophers stone which is renowned to help the human transmutation become successful...the story unfolds and deeper secrets are revealed and the principle of equivalent exchange will be proved...( i think) anyway, something like that...10/10! its sad though.... crying

I just finished watching a series called "a Little Snow Fairy Sugar" about 5 minutes ago. This is probably the cutest anime I have ever seen. The animation was just sooo pretty. And the music was also A++. I have more songs to learn on the piano now. yays! The story is very simple. The weather and other natural phenomena that happens in the world are caused by faires known as season fairies. They range from creating warmth and wind to creating typhoons. The story revolves around 3 apprentince season faires (mostly a snow fairy called sugar) who have to find a "twinkle" in order to become full-fledged season faries. Of course they dont know what a "twinkle" is, so they have a hard time looking for it. The main human character is the only one who can see them, but they cause lots of mischieve for her. She is a very picky and very organized girl who plans everythign ahead of time. And her greatest passion is playing the piano. But as she becomes more involved with the fairies, she also begins to change herself for the better. This is really a very very cute story and would highley recommend it. whee

ok, this is my 2nd post on this subject. I have now just finished watching magical fancy lala. It was actually pretty good-its about a nine year old girl who gets given a magic book. When she opens it and draws things they come out of the book. Also she turns into a 15 year old and goes on a 'quest' to become a pop idol. Its pretty girly and it doesnt have any fighting or anything but if youre into cutesy stuff then you'd like it. I really enjoyed it so i would give it a, 8/10 3nodding
