   HM 03 Surf  Super Rod Home of the Fuchsia City Gym and the Safari Zone. In this town, water travel becomes easier with the acquisition of the HM03 Surf, and the Super Rod. Nona, rather tired after her "jog" down the pier and other routes, consisting of several long sprints where she had to out-run stampeeding pokemon and trainers...and one very angry fisherman.
"Wow..." she said, looking around, this being her first time at Fuschia. "...I should really check out the Saffari Zone later...when I'm not busy..." Making sure she wouldn't trip this time, she walked around the city, looking for the ferryman.

Hop aboard," he turned to motion to the small but swift-looking boat that was docked at the far end of the pier. "Cinnabar, right? That'll be no problem, he laughed, as the small Wingull hovering above swooped to land on his shoulder, he hopped aboard the ship, taking the wheel as he waited for Nona to board.

"Flare Blitz to start things off!" she requested of her partner. Kaze nodded, smirking as he released his signature attack. The blast of flame encircled the Crobat, before it was completely engulfed in flame.

Kaze shook off the remaining sludge, incinerating it with a spurt of fire from his jaws, before flapping, rising from the arena floor and charging at the Crobat, claws extended. The tips of his claws glowed blue with the draconic power within him, and he lashed out, slashing wildly at the poison type.

"Crobat, don't give in! Use Hyper Beam in retaliation!" Janine called to her partner. The Crobat paused for a moment, before charging up a giant beam of energy, glowing golden with power, it fired off the blast at Kaze, nearly knocking him from the air with the force of it.
