*Tavin woke up and looked around, cautiously. The Brink seemed at once the same, as well as different. He could feel it deep within him, things HAD changed. The rules governing this place was different. He looked about him and noticed one thing right away. On the back wall was a single door. A door, when the Brink should have had none. The door to the arena was gone, however... Tavin attempted to open the door, but found it locked. Not a surprise, since directly to the left of the door was a large board keyholder on the wall, with rows of hooks with keys dangling from them. Tavin inspected each key, noting that each one had a keyring with the name of someone who had been in The Brink on it*
How odd..... A key for each person in the Brink?
*It hit him, not a key for each person, but a key for each person's world. By using someones key, perhaps it was now possible to enter THEIR world through this door... It was something that he would have to check into later*
I.. I had better get to tending to the place. If I have made it here, then its quite likely that others may arrive shortly. I had best be prepared.

The were a sudden small crash, a light cry, before from the air suddenly brinked in Robyn. She stood there for a few moments, a curious look flashing accross her features, holding one rather large bundle towards her scrawny chest. Her feet took a step forwards, trembleing slightly, suddenly reconising exactly where she was.
'T..Tavin?...' she whispered, holding the swaddles of cloth towards her chest, wrapping her arms around the large bundle. It seemed strange for the normally alone neko to be swaddleing the cloth close, but nether the less, there she stood. Her tail flicking nervously from one side to the other.

*Tavin looked over at Robyn and simply stared. The glass he was holding slipped from his hand and shattered on the floor. He walked over the pieces of shattered glass towards her, oblivious of the fact that the broken glass was digging into the soles of his feet*
Robyn.... Is it really you? Are you REALLY here? I... I've waited so long.... Are.... Are you a dream?
*Tavin stopped short in front of her, tears beginning to well up in his eyes. He sobbed*
Tell me its NOT a dream, Robyn..... TELL ME! I don't think I can take waking up to find you gone again! PLEASE say that I'm not dreaming this time!

'...of course your not...' Robyn whispered, her voice stuttery, taking a small step back towards him. Her gaze glanced him up and down, not completly trusting for the time being, as she held the bundles even closer towards her chest. Though, something or someone inside didn't seem to happy over the idea, a large little whimper being heard from inside the masses of cloth.
Robyn's ears twitched, her palm coming up to settle the creature inside the blankets, before she spat arrows towards tavin. All of a sudden all her anger bursting out at once 'you left me! you left me! you...i thought you were gone forever! YOU DO KNOW SOME OF US HAD TO GIVE BIRTH! i would have hoped, prayed, you would have been there. Yes! before you even ask, you have a baby son and a daughter, twins born on the 27th of july!'

*Tavin's shoulders slouched and he hung his head in shame. He whispered under his breath*
It's not like I didn't WANT to be there....
*Tavin risked a look back up at Robyn and wiped the tears from his eyes unsuccessfully*
I.. I thought I was gone forever too... Even worse... I thought that i had lost you... That...
*Tavin paused for a long moment, uncertain as to whether or not he should continue*
..... That Seraphim had gotten to you, as he had me... That he had gotten to our children...
*Tavin peeked a cautious glance at the bundles and spoke softly*
I.. I know that I have no right.. But... may I ask their names at least?

'thea...and alexander...exactly as we wanted to call them' Robyn said, blinking over towards him, her ears drouping as her tail flicked in anger for a few fleeting moments. Carefully, Robyn hoisted the little Alex up, her palm coming out to rest the small bundle into his arms. She took a step back, anger still evident from her body language, but something about her had softened as soon as the children were bought into this.
'and...were all fine...i...i just kept walking, on end, for days...hoping you would come back...then these two came and i had to find a job as a cleaner to keep us with house and home...i just thought...thought you had gone for good' Robyn muttered, still shooting arrow's towards her husband, as she hoisted the small child against her shoulder. The back of the cotten falling down as a small child, a pair of spindly pitch black cat ears at either side of her head, dark brown hair resting on a mop upon her head.
((ooc: i got permission so that the two kids can be played alongside us as very little children, as me and Tavin thought this would be suitable as their not really viable charactors at this point, though two new gain's will play them once their far older as not to break the rules))

*Tavin's glance darted about as he held Alex in his arms, as if he were afraid that something might jump out at him at any given time. After a few seconds, his gaze came to rest on the child and he smiled*
Hey there, little guy.... How are you? My name is Tavin, fella. I'm your....
*Tavin stopped short as he forced the word back. He closed his eyes for a moment, and took a deep breath, then handed Alex back to Robyn*
I.. I apologize.... I have no right to call myself their father..... I.. I wasn't there when I should have been.....
*Tavin slumped down in a sitting position on the floor*
If only i could have been there... If only... so many things hadn't happened.... If only I could.. be a real father....

Robyn frowned to herself, suddenly feeling a sudden guilt wave swoop through her, bending down until she removed one palm from the children. Bringing it up until she rested her fingertips upon his cheek, her thumb running over his cheek for a few moments, as she gave him a soft yet worried smile.
'...your here now arn't you...your here for them as they grow up...please Tavin i hate to be selfish but i can't do this on my own...and id love for them to know both of their parents...i still love you even if you go off for weeks on end without telling me' Robyn said, almost trying to make a slight joke at the end, kneeling down beside him. She raised her palm off his cheek though, wrapping it once more around the children held against her, trying to give her husband a comforting smile.

I'll... I'll do everything I can if you'll let me. The children are still young, and perhaps in time... You might forgive me too.....
*Tavin stood up and shook off the depression he could feel himself falling into*
It's great to have you back! Heck, it's great to BE back!
*Tavin materialized a crib by one of the tables*
Sit down, my dear, and let me get you something to eat and drink. After 5000 years, I'm quite the cook! What would you like?

'i'm fine...i actually just ate..' Robyn whispered, slipping the twins down into the crib, before she pulled herself up to her feet. Giving her husband a loving smile, she rubbed her elbows nervously, before walking up towards him. Wrapping her arms tightly around his chest, she clung lightly onto his back, pressing her cat ears up against his chest. Just happy to hear his breathing once more against her own.
'i..i missed you' Robyn whispered, nestleing her head into his chest, as a single tear dropped down from her cheek splattering onto his clothes. She refused to let go though, her fingertip's clinging onto his back, refusing to let go this time. She wasn't about to wake up one morning again in a cold field with just the twin's breathing being her only company.

'torture? you have that right...try living with Owyn and about 10 others..' Robyn muttered, blinking up towards him, feeling him jerk back for a few moments. Biting down hard onto her lip, she nuzzled towards him tightly for a few moments, before pulling back once more. Her gaze set up upon his, the wedding ring around her neck landing back once more ontop of her clothing, as her tail swished accross the floor.
'T...Love....i'm glad to see your...well what happened...where did you end up going?' Robyn finally questioning, taking his hands in her own, as her gaze fell up towards him. Her neko fang bit down hard onto her lip, a small whimper being heard from inside the crib soon followed by a little cry, her shoulders drouping a little.

*Tavin spaced out for a second, looking off into the distance as he recalled things that had happened. After a second he looked back at Robyn and smiled*
It... It isn't really a pleasant thing to talk about, really. No point into getting all upset over what can't be changed after all, right?
*Tavin pulled out a bottle of formula, tested the warmth on his arm, and spun it around in his hand*
If you don't mind...... I would be delighted to feed them.

'sure thing...' Robyn said with a smile, watching him, as she crossed her arms over her chest. Keeping that same smile to herself, her palm came up to rub her opposite arm, before her gaze set onto his. He did know how to feed a child...didn't he? Shrugging this thought off, her tail flicking nervously from one side to the other.
'just, you do know how to feed twin's don't you? want me to take one?' Robyn questioned, stepping forwards, her gaze soon falling down to the two little faces staring up at her in the crib. Giving them both a smile, her palm coming down to tickle thea's neck gently, the baby barely giving a reaction as she snuffled a small what could be classed as a giggle.
((ooc: ^^; yeah, these two have been in the making(well....they were planned like, at the start of the summer holidays, but ne) for quite some time, an finally there here ^^))
