Have you ever had those horribly sad moments in Grey's Anatomy were your eyes get all teary andyou began to cry? well, i've had planty of em. Below please post all about your sad moments from grey's anatomey.

sorry for all the spelling erroers please ignore, but umm....yea a really sad moment was when: OMg when Izzie's friend almost died, that episode was really sad all in all

I think I kind of cried during the 5 babies episode. It was really sad watching the babies and Izzie go through all of that. And I wanted to beat the hell out of Addison for it, lol.

The episode whith the train wreck where the man and woman had the beam through them, and the woman had to die.

Those were really sad ;[ Remember when Meredith told Mcdreamy.. "Choose me" like 3820982 times? I don't know. It just reminds me of sad love stories.

But Derek, I love you, in a really, really big pretend to like your taste in music, let you eat the last piece of cheesecake, hold a radio over my head outside your window, unfortunate way that makes me hate you, love you. makes me cry just typing it. i have loved in that unfortunate way and it hurts.

I cried when the baby died in the quintuplets episode and when the lady in the train wreck died when the beam was stuck to a guy and her. Those were so sad!!!!!!!!!!! crying crying cry cry crying crying

The train wreck one made me cry like crazy. When they slowly pulled the girl off of the pole.
Any of the one's where one loved one isn't going to make it and they have to tell the family/boyfriend. The reactions get me everytime. sad
That and the one where the mother was dying and she was hiding it from her daughter and it was her daughter's birthday and Alex told the mom to just be honest. AH! When she was giving her all that advice and the girl started tearing up asking the mom why she was saying all of that. crying

2 different episodes did me in,
The one where Mer's Mom is in the hospital and some patient goes down and Mer goes in the closet and totally loses it
and of course the season finale....
I LOST IT !!!! crying crying crying crying

I know, I'm a huge animal dork, but I just bawled when they had to put Doc down. Like, I think I cried worse for Doc than I did with Denny.

When Denny died and Izzie was in the elevator.
I cried. A LOT.
Even more when she got to his room.
