Grand Opening Festival {Closed}

⇒ A cool dream like light washed over the sapphire dome of the central stadium, a morning breeze blowing down out of the mountains and the
excited chattering of the residents and employees of Cache City set the tone for the day. The long awaited day had finally arrived and the
adventures were about to unfold. As tamers assembled in the plaza outside of the Coliseum they would be greeted by a festival. The colors
smells, and sounds created from many tents had complete transformed this beautiful oasis into the party of the year! Banners and balloons
everywhere you look and a small red Digimon acting as a DJ playing music that pulsed through your chest with each beat while the
continuously shouted into a microphone to hype up the crowd. A few shops had popped up as well. Besides for the ones sell the delicious
smelling food there was a pop up shop for the world famous Bit-Shop and even the Digimon Lab had a booth with their latest line of products.

⇒ Scattered among the booths there were all sorts of competitions and games, test of strength and strategy and even ones of pure will to
complete the task. Hotdog eating contests that you could take part in against Digimon and there was a contest to test who has the best
tamer style! So many choices, Dr. Ava had announced that the Ceremony would be starting soon, but surely there was time to
take part in the festivities.

⇒ Three-or-more Legged Race: Completed

The first event you noticed taking place in an open field outside the Stadium was what appeared to be a three-legged race with a twist.
All the competitors were running with their Digimon. Should you go check it out and see if you can get in on the next round? Looks like
the organizer of the competition, who was holding balloons in the shape of Paomon, is handing out a copy of the rules to anyone interested.

~This Three-or-more Legged race is the first one to reach the goal wins.

Further along in the plaza you notice a platform where Tamers were having their photos taken. A sign next to the platform was calling
for all tamer to hurry over to show off the style they created for the adventures in the Digital World. Attached to the sign were a bunch of
Puyomon Balloons and a box holding fliers with the rules and the photographers contact info and social media addresses.
If you take one this is what you would see.

As you approach the main gate to the Coliseum you start coming across some games of chance. Pop, what was that? Pop, you notice
the sound is coming from a covered booth. Pop, the banner across the top of the both read "Stinger Pop". There was a line of Tamers taking
turns throwing bee themed darts at a massive wall of Balloons one of which appears to be themed as a Pupumon. The man behind the
counter was continuously shouting out the instructions for the game.

~To accomplish this task RNG a number between 1-1000 and get a 519
