it's a hive where every colony no matter how big or small is always telepathically connected to the whole.
particles separated from its nearby hive by 5 meters will forget the hive unless collected again.
the faster than light communication it has with itself is quantum, and it isnt very sentient. it has one goal- to consume all matter and if its colonies don't get dispersed into individuals before the heat death of the universe, it will put the building blocks of life life back in motion for one last round as its parting gift to the universe.

Samsara: A highly etched, nearly unbreakable staff made of unobtanium and adamantium. However, what makes the Samsara truly special is not its material, but it's seemingly unlimited size-shifting capabilities, being capable of growing as tall as the skies or shrinking to the size of a needle at will.

Nimbus: A sentient giant mythical cloud the size of a city block with the abilities of atmokinesis and size-shifting, the smallest being 6 cubic feet.

Abilities:

Golden Taiyi Sun Body: Wu possesses supernatural capabilities, attributes, and aspects that are beyond what is naturally possible. With this condition alone, he can dwarf most beings in their respective universes, being virtually supreme in their existential aspects and attributes. With his superhuman physique, he can move buildings, run at lightning speed, survive nuclear explosions unscathed, and remain active for days to weeks without tiring. Through his mind, he can amass knowledge and information about everything, allowing him to invent and create things beyond the grasps of a regular mortal. He can master languages and subjects in mere days or even hours.

Beyond his physical and mental condition also lie other aspects like his bodies and soul, possessing senses able to perceive things the ordinary is completely ignorant of, harboring esoteric bodily aspects like cells capable of inducing supernatural effects, and even having an extremely robust and strong soul and spirit able to withstand conceptual attacks.

Void: An ability that makes use of Wu's special anti-power capability to undermine, obliterate, and destroy other people's abilities. Affected targets include those with different forms of senses, minds, matter, energy, forces, magic, etc. Unless otherwise stated, the anti-power effect is usually temporary.

Balanced: An ability that conjures a black-transparent, spherical force field of sorts that is centered around Wu or his vicinity. Any being that is caught within the field, Wu included, would be stripped of all its equipment, replaced with basic clothing, and have all and every one of its abilities sealed. Any being that is not of average human height and size would be forcibly converted into one, making everyone within equal. Each being caught within is unable to leave without the consent of Wu or him being unconscious; others are restricted from entering once the field is set, and the field itself is indestructible from the outside. Should all within agree, a simple weapon of choice will be provided by the field itself. All beings are restricted from any movement until every being within the field is equal in all.

Wu hailed from a history that was unique in his reality, where he ended up devouring his rescuer Tang Sang and ripping the entire heaven from its foundation, wiping out all the mythical gods, demons, and creatures where mortals ruled earth. Wu since then started interdimensional traveling in pursuit of a more challenging opponent, since he was bored and had no real goals.
