I'm planning an Open flock RP based around a day of festivities at the arena! I will be writing up all of my portions ahead of time and posting them at the beginning of each month for 10 months. To help the whole thing run a little smoother I'll be writing out a month by month guide to the events and guidelines for what each role might be doing during any specific month.
Event OrganizerPelethita and Jilaiya are responsible for the bulk of the event's organization and making sure the day it's self runs smoothly.

Event AssistantsAssistants report to Jilaiya and carry out tasks such as fetching food and drinks for the performers or doing flyovers to drop confetti on the arena. If you'd like to help out just let me know what your character is doing!

Vendors Vendors take the opportunity to sell anything from drinks and treats to party poppers, noise makers, and flowers. If you would like to play the part of a vendor let me know what you would like to sell and if you want to set up a stall or wonder the audience with your wares.

MusicThe musicians have their own seats behind the stage and in exchange for their services they get a front row seat to the show! If you would like to play music for the festivities let me know what kind of instrument you're playing or if you'd like to join the choir.

Dancers / PerformersCurrently there is one month set aside for a dance display bu Batriel and Riven, then 6 months set aside for 3 battles. If more dancers or performers would like to put on a show I can change around blocks to accommodate them. Performers need to submit their RPs for their block ahead of time so let me know early if you want to put on a performance!

'Fighters'Currently there is one month set aside for a dance display, then 6 months set aside for 3 battles (2 first round matches then a match between the first round winners). The battles are all pre-planned and coordinated like a wrestling match, and fighters might have their own gimmicks to please the crowd. If more fighters sign up I can shuffle performance blocks and fighter blocks to accommodate. Fights need to be submitted early so if you would like to participate contact me as early as possible.

Closing CerimonyTuriel and Shu close the festival by using coloured sand to create an intricate mandala in the ring.

ShuAttendeesAnyone who is not participating in hosting, performing, or vending is welcome to watch from the stands. Attendees need not sign up in advance and can come and go at their leisure.

LocationsBack StageWhile performers are waiting to go out they stay back stage and watch from the sidelines. When their performances are over they return back stage, then can either stay there or leave to find a seat in the audience.
The StandsThe audience sits out in the stands. Particularly brave (or foolish) festival goers may choose to sit on the floor at the edge of the arena for a up close and personal view of the action. The stands form a C shape around the main stage.
The OrchestraBehind the stage there is a set of stands specifically for the musicians and choir.
