WELCOME TO THE EGL GENETICS LABORATORY!Made to look like a research facility for incurable diseases, this lab was taken over by Mage-Enetics and operates in secret within these walls. GROUND FLOORThe ground floor of the laboratory, set up to look like nothing more than an office block. Every door opens to an empty room and many of the staircases are blocked. FIRST FLOORWhere the real laboratory begins. Genetic study and alteration takes place here. Every room has a different machine designed to observe all aspects of magic energy and DNA which will eventually be mixed and matched for testing. SECOND FLOORTesting rooms. Padded or tiled cells with one-way mirrors to observe the effects of each genetic concoction when administered to a test subject. Cells are equipped with vents to emit sedative vapor among other gases. Some have chairs with restraints and others have chains. THIRD FLOOR & UPHolding cells where subjects are kept before testing; both magic and non-magic. The less controllable prisoners and still-living experiments are not kept here. Instead they're shut in the underground holding cells

Cell 6Subject name: Kai Tulvyr Subject number: 079 Information: human - lightning dragon slayer - DNA extracted successfully - magic energy extracted successfully - set for retesting once recovered.
In the hallway outside of Kai's cell door, two patrol guards could be heard talking. One of them was supposed to be bringing him food, however, the man was nervous due to Kai not being sedated, "It's been a while since he woke up, what if he's recovered already?" The second guard scoffed, "Don't be ridiculous, this is the second time he had his energy drained, it took him a day before he could even stand last time." he said, referring to the first two times the magic energy would have been extracted from Kai where he was left with almost nothing. The first guard went silent for a moment before coming up with a counter-argument, "That's one day, it's been four. They drain him every five days which means he's back to normal though, right?" he asked. The second guard could be heard laughing, "You really are thick as s**t. Do you think they're let him get back to his full power before draining him again? After the time and number of people it took to get him in the first place, they're hardly going to risk letting him get anything above an average C-Class." The first guard felt much better knowing this. C-Class wizards were what they'd been dealing with from the start so he felt more comfortable entering the cell. The second guard waved him off to continue his patrol and the first unlocked and opened the door to Kai's cell.
Kai must get past the military-grade guards to escape. Use the battle system to defeat 5 guards; 4 non-magic & 1 magic (A-Class).

 ◇◈◆◈◇◈◆◈◇ ϟ KAI TULVYR ϟ ϟ LIGHTNING DRAGON SLAYER ϟ ϟ SON OF ELECTRA ϟ ϟ FAIRY TAIL ϟ ◇◈◆◈◇◈◆◈◇This is the eleventh day in captivity and Kai still can't believe that he could let himself be captured so easily. He's a strong mage, thus these people shouldn't have been able to best him. Unfortunately, they had strength in numbers, for it was probably 50 people against him alone. They were strong too. A-class and S-class, all of them. Of course, he had Rex with him, so he could take the battle to the air, but it didn't help in the long run, because they came well prepared. They managed to incapacitate him and Rex, thus the experiments began. Obviously, Kai wouldn't just sit around and let himself be captured and be treated as they wished. Kai tried to escape captivity and beat down anyone that stood in his way, but he had all of staff against him, both mages and non-mages. A foolish move, indeed. Since then, he's been planning his escape. All he needed to do was wait for his magic to replenish from his latest extraction, on top of figuring out the layout of this facility and the know-how concerning the staff (numbers, strength etc.) It's now been his fourth day since he was last extracted of his magic, so it's not fully charged. Hopefully it's enough to get out of here. Kai's cell is small. It's similar to a prison cell, except more tidy. Unfortunately, there's no bed, unly a toilet to use. Kai himself is handcuffed to chains that are connected to the walls close to the toilet. He has some freedom, it's enough to use the toilet and to eat/drink. He sleeps sitting. It's time for food when a guard opened the door to his cell. Kai sat against the wall across from the door and looked up at the guard and shouted; "Lightning Dragon's Roar!" The spell is a little weaker than it used to be, but it should still pack a punch. ◇◈◆◈◇◈◆◈◇ ϟOOC: Sorry for double quotes, added some details to the post. ϟ

Before the guard knew what was happening, he was hit by a wave of energy that made his hair stand on end with static. He was sent flying backwards, hitting the wall opposite Kai's cell. Slightly dazed, he scrambled to stand up, grabbing his radio and a taser, "Main security, we have an issue on the third floor. Subject zero-seven-nine is showing resistance. I'm going to have to use a taser on him to give time before backup arrives to restrain." More than one person appeared to be fighting to respond to him, "N... do... you i...!" The radio crackled due to interference from Kai's attack so the guard failed to hear the warning from the other guards about using anything electrical. So the man simple aimed his taser and fired.

 ◇◈◆◈◇◈◆◈◇ ϟ KAI TULVYR ϟ ϟ LIGHTNING DRAGON SLAYER ϟ ϟ SON OF ELECTRA ϟ ϟ FAIRY TAIL ϟ ◇◈◆◈◇◈◆◈◇Kai clenched his arms and managed to break the chains connecting his metal handcuffs to the wall with minimal effort, indicating that he could have left at anytime, had he wished to. Now, the metal handcuffs is worn like bracelets with a piece of chain still dangling. Kai stood up and exited his holding cell. He was only wearing a pair of black briefs with the numbers 79 written on it in white, for the scientists to know which subject he is. It is to be assumed that every subject wears the same, however with different numbers written on them. Kai's hair was unkept and untied, something that he didn't like. Kai kept being denied to treat his hair or at least get something to tie it up with. He walked slowly towards the staggering guard, meanwhile cracking his neck. "It's been fun and all. I appreciate your hospitality, but I think it's time I head home!" Kai said with a devilish grin, his left hand still on his neck and his neck in turn turned slightly to the right. Once finishing cracking his neck, Kai stanced up like he was gonna charge up magic, lightning emitting across his body. The electricity being shot from the taser was devoured by Kai, which regained some of his energy, much to the guards shock. "Lightning Dragon's..." Then, for a split second, Kai vanishes from the guards sight and appeared again just before smashing the top of his head against the guard's chest as hard as he could. The guard very quickly learned his error as he watched Kai absorb the electricity from the taser. With both the prongs making contact with his skin, the dragon slayer had effectively killed the item. "Wh-what?! He can absorb it?!" the man exclaimed. He knew dragon slayers ate their element but he thought the subject would only be able to eat lightning, not just electricity in any form. The guard took a step back as Kai walked towards him but stiffened up as soon as he moved too fast to predict. By the time Kai reappeared it was too late to avoid the attack as the dragon slayer smashed into him with great force. Sending him back to the ground.
He was thankful when more guards appeared in the hallway, armed with wooden bats and shields to prevent any electrical conduction and guns with rubber bullets designed to bypass the control of his electrical abilities. Their intention was to hurt but not kill. "Stand down, subject seventh-nine," one of them shouted, giving the order to fire instead of waiting for Kai's response.

OOC: Ignore the quote from Fox, she was being a melon and posting stupid stuff about prisoners streaking in the hallways 😂 I thought bringing all the non-magic guards out together would make sense instead of individual fights which would potentially take a while if we both got a few 0 results. Point loss for all of them will vary depending on what spells you use obviously. Bullets come under basic non-magic melee btw

He stepped back a bit and now all 4 of them surrounded him, with shields up, ready to take on any attack Kai had in store. They shot at him, all dodged easily by slight movements of Kai's head to the left and right or small steps to the sides. All, except one that got him in the abdomen. It doesn't hurt much, as Kai has trained his body to withstand bullet wounds. He twitched at the repeated mention of "subject 79". He grew more and more annoyed by the people referring to him as such. It made Kai feel like he wasn't even a human to them. Just a tool to be used as they saw fit. He wasn't wrong, though, as that's exactly how they saw him and his fellow captives. "I'm not 'Subject 79', my name is Kai Tulvyr and I'm part of Fairy Tail. Make sure you take that piece of information with you to your graves! You will not keep me here as a tool no longer. I'm going home!" Kai shouts at them, lightning charging up his entire body. "Dragon Slayer's Secret Art! Lightning Dragon's God's Speed!" Kai vanishes from their sights and encircles behind them one by one to stab them in the back multiple times each by lightning-charged hands in the shape of blades. ◇◈◆◈◇◈◆◈◇ ϟOOC: ϟ

The guards weren't phased by the statement of Kai's name. He was a number to them. That's what they were paid for; keep the numbers in order. However, they weren't expecting a number to fight back so hard. The men all cried out in pain as Kai hit them with his lightning multiple times. Even in his weakened state it seemed the guards were receiving the raw end of the deal in this fight. The singular guard left out of the group ran to grab one of the guns from the floor that another guard had dropped and fired at Kai again, "Take that, freak!" he shouted, his fear causing him to lose professionalism.

Kai emerged once more in front of the wounded guards after his attack. Unfortunately, it didn't damage them as much as he wanted. One of the guards managed to run for a nearby gun and began shooting. His bullets missed, as Kai blitzed towards him. He reappeared in front of him with electricity emitting from his leg as he aimed a hard kick to the guard's face. The guards had started to become fearful of the lightning dragon slayer. The guard whose shots had missed Kai, noticed his hands were shaking. No wonder is aim had been so bad! He cried out in surprised as Kai zoomed towards him and he covered his face as he saw a lightning-covered leg swinging in his direction. However, the hit never reached him. Opening his eyes, the guard saw that there was a shield made of metal in front of him. A man wearing the same uniform as the other guards except with the symbol of a dragon on the vest had seemingly appeared out of nowhere to protect the guard Kai's attack was aimed at, "Looks like I missed some of the party," the man smirked, "You've done well to get this far, Kai of Fairy Tail, but it's time to put an end to this little tantrum," he said, lifting the shield, "Iron-make: Sword!" The shield moved and moulded into the shape of a large two-handed sword which the man swung at Kai.

He looked up at the newcomer with teeth gritted and sparks of electricity across his body. "I guess we've got ourselves a party crasher. No matter, I'll finish you off along with your friends and go home!" Kai blitzed towards a functioning taser and started sucking on it like a baby sucking on his/her bottle of milk. His magic was replenished and he was ready for round 2. The guard rushed towards a relaxed Kai with his sword. Kai stood still, relaxed, until just before he was gonna get hit. Kai grabbed the blade with his teeth and broke it with sheer force. He spat the blade shards out and said, "Was that all you got? It doeasn't matter. It's my turn now!" Kai blitzed once more, this time emerging right above the elite guard. With a clenched fist raised to the sky, a black cloud was created above them all. Kai brought the fist down towards the Guard while shouting, "Lightning Dragon's Raging Bolt!" A loud thunderous sound echoed throughout the facility, as a lightning bolt was brought down upon the elite guard. ◇◈◆◈◇◈◆◈◇ ϟOOC: ...This is getting annoying -_- ϟ
